Love this place. They sent a lyft to get us from the airport which was quick and easy. Check in was super quick which was great since we were tired. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend!!!

Towel rack fell off wall husband had to fix. Toilet continuously running. Husband had to fix. Dirty sheets and hair all on the sheets of the bed. No one ever showed up to clean or even offered to clean room. Was there 4 nights.

The room was amazing and was more than we knew we were getting. It had so many features and wonderful amenities! The girl that checked us in was not very welcoming and friendly and did not give us a positive vibe. Overall our stay was good.

Great Stay. felt refreshed
Great stay. I was staying at a Marriott ad left for it was so noisy. Slept maybe three hours the first few night. moved here and slept 12 hours which I never do. Clean and comfy hotel with a great location.

Our door would not close between our in our suite. We rented at Homewood because we thought we would have some privacy between the two rooms. My daughters like TV and I don't at night. Paid good money to stay here was not happy with room situation.

Great customer service. Cleanly. Desperately needs to be updated. Our room was pretty much falling apart. Cracks in all the walls. A hole in the ceiling near the window. The faucet in the bathtub was almost coming off the wall.

This review is for the 2 bedroom suite. We needed lodging for our family as we traveled with 3 of our daughters (2 are adults) and our adult disabled son. While wheelchair accessibility is always a priority, we also needed space for all of us, and we wanted to be close to the home of the family we were visiting. So I had 3 priorities when searching for lodging: accessibility, space, and location. Price was important as well, but I knew we would have to pay extra to get what we needed. Homewood Suites met our needs very well without breaking the bank. The 2 bedroom suite had plenty of space. Each bedroom was very large with its own tv, closet, dressing area, and bathroom. One had 2 queen beds and the other had a king bed. The living room between the bedrooms was small but was big enough to accommodate our son's wheelchair and cart full of medical equipment. It had a pull-out couch where he slept. The kitchenette was tiny, but had a full-size fridge, 2 burner stove, microwave, sink, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, etc. The table served us as an extra countertop space. We were not able to book the accessible 2 bedroom suite, as there is only one at this property, so we had a few challenges, mostly with toileting and bathing our functionally quadriplegic son. We brought our Showerbuddy collapsible shower chair and we used it over the toilet, but the tubs were too narrow to place the shower chair in, so we had to lift our son into and out of the tub for a bath.

There needs to be a van to and from that airport 24 hours a day. It’s a 24 hour airport. It’s $20 to go across the street for an Uber. The airport staff was fine the Hotel itself stunk.

The staff is doing the best they can but the key card machines are down. It is basically requiring a staff to escort you to your room to open it until they fix this. Not fair to give a real review until this is corrected but I'd call first before going to make sure the doors are working.

The card key machine was down during our stay but the lady at the front counter was very helpful and honest with us. I appreciated her efforts to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Polite, friendly and helpful staff! Very Clean, spacious and nice room. It was very quiet and very clean. The breakfast was decent and a good selection for a hot morning bite. Over the 4 day stay there was a rotation of eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, omelets, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, oatmeal, bagels, breads and hot waffles. Coffee and tea are available all day. There is an airport shuttle as well. Definitely on my list to stay again when Im in the Arlington/Dallas area.

Fire Alarm ruins evening
Had a very late check in and the front desk clerk was awesome. I had an early flight and had about 4 hours to sleep. 2 hours into my stay, the fire alarm goes off…. I exit the building thinking there may have been a fire. There was nothing… the police showed up, but I never got an “all clear” or anything. I eventually returned to my room, full of adrenaline and packed my bags. I left because I could not sleep afterward. Worst $191 I have ever spent.
