We have stayed at this property several times before. It is perfectly located close to Six Flags Over Texas, Texas Live, all of the stadiums and has lots of dining options nearby. The breakfast in the morning is delicious and the staff has always been wonderful and very helpful.

had to switch rooms because the tv wasnt working in my first room (239) and the toilet was getting stuck after flushing in the second room so the bowl wouldnt not fill unless we jiggled the chain in the tank (room 240)

Hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Arlington! Highly recommend! The breakfast was great, room was spacious, close to everything, trolley is a nice bonus! Will be staying here next time I’m in town.

Our room #129 was clean. The bed was comfortable. It was on the Eastside of the bldg so the hot west sun wasn't trying to heat up the room. It was right by the pool so the lights were on all night which lit up the room. The area around the sink was kind of small as in spreading your stuff out but it worked. Breakfast was ok. Eggs that were fluffy which were ok-ish bacon was good. We'll stay here again. Overall we like it.

I was able to check in early . I was upgraded to a bigger room.. the pool was clean and inviting. The lobby is spacious. I like the convenience of the laundry room .. great breakfast area. Friendly staff ..

The hotel is very beautiful and spacious as well as the hotel room. The fitness facility was large and well equipped. The pool was clean and large. The breakfast was clean and full of delicious food. Well worth the stay.

Room was very clean. Comfortable mattress. The hotel is near Six Flags over Texas and I 30 but the noise was not a problem. The grounds were well maintained. Free trolley pass to Globe Life Field. I’d definitely stay here again.

I was really disappointed that your hotel did not reimburse us any funds for mistakenly booking at your hotel. When I was looking for hotels in Grand Prairie, Alberta Canada, your hotel popped up and I did not notice that it was from TX. I didn’t even know there was a Grand Prairie in the US. Anyway, I feel that you could have at least partially if not fully refunded me. I was disappointed in the service in this regard.

Thank you for reviewing our hotel. You rated a hotel you did not stay at. You booked a PRE-Pay room. Which means you paid for the room in advance and agreed to the terms and conditions that it was Non-Refundable and Unchangable. That is why you got that discounted rate. The choice to refund the stay was with the booking company not the hotel. The hotel did not collect any money from you. I know it is easy to blame the hotel however they do not hold any power over the 3rd party booking site you used. Direct Booking is the best.
