"The staff were friendly and the room was great for me and my pup. The nice lady at the desk even found me a room to check in early. Great location to things in Helen, and if I ever went back, I would stay again. For what I paid in comparison to other places in the area, I think it was a good deal. Nothing fancy, but definitely met what I needed for my trip."

"While our overall stay was pleasant, there were a few areas that could be improved. Body lotion was not provided, and we were not informed beforehand. Towels were supplied for our three-day stay; however, two of them had noticeable stains. Also, one of the bedroom lamps was not functioning. In addition, the jacuzzi was operational, but the water temperature could not be adjusted. Aside from these issues, everything else was satisfactory, and we enjoyed our stay."

"First let me say we arrived at 12:30 check in is at 3pm so I asked if room was ready it wasn’t so we walked to town. We went around had lunch walked back it is 3:30now. A white woman was at the desk checking in I was told my room wasnt ready still. I asked how someone walk in off the street get a room when you knew we were here first. Finally at 4:30 the room ready it smells bad very dirty and flys in the room.phone not working so I decided we not staying in this dump. I was racially profiled I don’t appreciate it."
