"Nice hotel, in a quiet area and in the middle of the nature. We liked the idea that the property building is divided in 3 areas. Not very easy to reach if not with the car. The public transport consists in a bus not too frequent and going up by foot from the city is difficult if you’re carrying luggages. The areas are spacious and the room too even though I would plan some renovation considering the rates applied. We really appreciated the free entry to the spa and the dining buffet option. The...

"Quite pretty hotel inside, very nice lobby bar, where you can hang out with the friends, we enjoyed the dinner and especially the rich breakfast, the only negative experience was with the the large hard pillows, if you have sensative sleep, may be take your pillow with you, otherwise a great place for a stay"

"Amazing place. Highest quality furnishings, kitchen and hardware. Friendly staff. Awesome family friendly activities right in the resort. Lego exhibition, play areas for small ones, video game center, fire pit, trampolines on the beach, raquetball, volleyball and more. Excellent food at reasonable prices."

"This hotel was hosting a motorcycle club meeting which ensured the hotel was very busy, noisy and most of the public areas were reserved for the event. This meant ‘ordinary’ guests were marginalised."

"Despite signs all over Janske Lazne advertising a free ski pass with room. this hotel does not offer guests a free ski pass to those guests who book their room through Expedia. Kind of frustrating to find out after waiting in line at the gondola only to be denied entry. But other than these this “flaw”, the hotel is modern and offers a very nice breakfast buffet. "
