We have been welcomed with smiles and cared for with laundry services, cleaning services, coca tea and a beautiful space. The hotel is quiet and has a tasteful compliment of old world charm and modern convenience. I stayed with my best friend and we equally share the same opinion of the selection for our stay. Highly recommend.

Gave us the wrong room. Then put us in a different room (still not the room we paid for) the pictures on Expedia advertised a hot tub in the room… that was not in either of the rooms. This hotel advertised restaurant/bar on-site and the restaurant was closed. The breakfast food tasted old with the exception of the fruit. We also had a late flight out the day we were leaving and asked for late check-out which they said we could do. Then on that day they told us they couldn’t do it? The rooms do not have air-conditioning or fans. That is also worth noting as it gets a little humid/warm. Overall, I would not stay here again. It seemed very disorganized and I saw most other guests had issues they were arguing with staff about in the lobby.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They assisted with local activities and transportation. They held our luggage when we went to the Manu rainforest. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety. I would stay here again. Close to the San Pedro market and plaza mayor.

The mattress was so uncomfortable. I felt like I was sleeping on cardboard. The comforter was made of terrible material, almost felt it wasn’t even washed. There was no working heat or hot water. The staff was friendly and they do offer laundry services and location is good for Cusco.
