Great place at a good price!
Hotel room toilet was a little old but had clean water, good pressure and temperature for the shower. The room looks a little old but the hotel does not compensate on the quality of the bed and towels provided. The bed and pillows were comfortable, which provided a really good night’s sleep. Breakfast was great! There was a wide variety of food, both asian and western, and everything tasted great. Location was near to big malls and the area felt really save. Great place for families or relaxation. Worth the price as well.

Old charming hotel but Need a refurbishment
This hotel already very old and never did a renovation to maintain its charming californian style. The towels are wear off and not white anymore and smelly. The linen also lots of stain and saggy and smelly ( like sweaty smell) not crisp white anymore. The carpet also already stiff and dirty ( i dont dare to take off my sleepers to walk in the room)

Amazing pool at the connected country club. Breakfast is phenomenal, but would be good to have some pork bacon (pork only on weekends and sausages not that good). Two malls just outside of the entrance in walking distance. Have stayed here many times and plan to go back!

Great experience but...
I booked 2 nights stay for 3 rooms unfer my name. My first stay at the Deluxe Villa. My neighbor there a bis noisy because there is connecting door. The door should be silent and didn't disturb the other guest. My first breakfast is have a limited option because it's "second" place. The main place is full. The taste of the breakfast is not good according to my taste. I taste better at other 4 stars hotels. My second stay is worst. The air conditioner is hot. I complained 3 times. But it didn't resolve anything. On My fourth complain, I ask the manager to come to my room. So he can see and know the problem. After seeing that condition, the manager agree to change the room to other place without any fee. That's what we call a good service. Oh, for the room there is a stain on the carpet. Overall is good but the breakfast.

When I am always in the Tangerang area, this is my hotel of choice. It may be an older property but the amenities are the best. There could be some areas in the room that may need some TLC., such as a new coat of paint here and there and properly clean the exhaust ducts but all in all, you cannot ask for a better place! A mall is there with restaurants and shops. Plus a McDonalds outside the parking lot if you are craving a Big Mac or ice cream cone :) I had a daily breakfast which offers a great variety of local cuisine and western dishes. 2 pools present and I used the Balinese inspired one that also has a kid pool too and slide which opens up at 1200 noon. My toddler liked the playground which is small but still gave her entertainment. Good firm bed, tub and shower present, safety deposit box, good tv channels and Wifi. Fine grade bathroom amenities, ex body lotion, shampoo, shower gel, etc. Excellent staff members who tend to your needs and when I made a complaint, attention to it was taken care of immediately. Keep up the good work Aryaduta Lippo Village.

Stains on carpets everywhere. It was so dirty. Water stains and peeling paint in bathroom. Shower head sprays water everywhere so the bathroom floor gets soaking wet. This is a 1-star hotel. Saving grace was the buffet breakfast. I would not recommend or stay here ever again

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel and that speaks volumes its self. I look forward to a fourth visit. They're swimming Lagoon is unlike any other you will find in Jakarta, old-school Elegance. What really makes this place special is the staff. The last time we were there was almost 2 years ago, yet three or four of them remember this. Friendly helpful courteous everything you could ever want staff.
