Pros: The location is incredibly convenient, nestled next to the I-280 at De Anza. Staff were pleasant and helpful, especially when we needed to change rooms from the third floor to the ground floor to minimize walking. Inexpensive nightly rate. All areas are clean, except for the carpet.
Cons: The building feels old. Stained carpet in the lounge area (where breakfast is served), elevator out of service. Fountain and pond look unkempt. Breakfast consisted of coffee, juice, boiled eggs, breads and cut fruit, with some boxed cereals and yogurt, together with single-serve packets of peanut butter and cream cheese. No bagels to go with the cream cheese, and neither of the two toasters worked, so no toast.
Summary: I would stay again, with appropriately moderated expectations, but this is not a place to invite or entertain family/friends.
