Stop over for Pantanal
A good hotel with nice outdoor area with a small pool in the midst of a concrete city. Good as a stop over for trips to Pantanal as Cuiaba not really a tourist destination in it's own right.

A oasis in the middle of the city , feels like home and the breakfast is a feast in the morning. Always stay there any time I’m in Cuiabá.

The people from the lobby was very sweet and friendly also the ladies from the breakfast area.that was it,my room never got clean , I have to ask for soap and towels.the ladies Who was in charge of cleaning my room never replace my cups, and didn't take the dirty ones or the trash out :( change room twice because of the water in the shower was licking all over the bathroom and same problem on the other also.ps: excellent staff.

I stayed here twice. Once on my way into The Pantanal, and once on the way out. The hotel is nice, staff is friendly. Very good breakfast selection. Good Wifi. I would recommend it.

Good value hotel near historic centre
We stayed at the Amazon Plaza the night before leaving for a Pantanal trip, so was a good place to stay for that. The room was very spacious, and staff very helpful. The swimming pool area was being refurbished at the time we were staying, so we couldn't use it, but the lady on reception said that we could use the pool in another hotel (we didn't take up the offer). Breakfast selection was good, and the room very beautifully decorated.

Best Hotel in Cuiaba
Great value, plus excellent hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was immaculately clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable and the remote control AC cooled the room off within minutes of arriving - very efficient. Showers had good water pressure and wide range of temperature control. Patio and pool were being remodeled, so no comment on that, but it didn't affect our stay. It will be nice once complete. Breakfast was delicious, lots of variety! Walking distance from all of the sights.

Very comfy beds and nice breakfast. 15 mins by car from airport, 10-15 mins walk to excellent local restaurant. Pool and bar were closed for renovation, we were disappointed that we weren't told this when we booked. Nice breakfast.

One night stay prior to a Pantanal tour
Average hotel for an average price. Staff was very attentive with check-in, parking and breakfast. It is an older hotel and rooms were quite outdated and basic, but clean. Breakfast was good with a wider selection of food than others we've stayed at in this price range. Overall, a decent value for the money for a one night stay.

Ruim, não dão manutenção nos quartos, já fiquei la em quartos aonde o ar condicionado era barulhento, dessa ultima vez a luz do quarto quando vc apagava ela ficava meio acesa (sim led tem dessas coisas) ai como que muda de quarto ou arruma no meio da noite já deitado e canssado, terrivel..

Ficamos hospedados 03 dias, e o café da manhã é mto ruim. A maioria do que é oferecido, estava cru, frio, parecendo ser amanhecido. Mesmo cardápio todos os dias. Molho de salsicha ralo, frio e sem tempero. Chipa crua todos os dias. Cueca virada, bolachinhas todos os dias amanhecidas, velhas. No primeiro dia perguntei à atendente que fica responsável pelas reposições, a mesma que faz as tapiocas, se poderia usar a chapa que prensa lanches, ela disse q estava com defeito, e ontem a chapa estava ligada, ou seja, má vontade dela, ou até msm preguiça de ter q limpar depois. A ilha de tapioca funciona por pouco tempo durante o período do café. O atendimento da recepção e demais funcionários foi ótimo. O café da manhã tem mto oq melhorar, inclusive hj nem quis descer para tomar.

As fotos dos quartos estão completamente defazafas! Em 4 dias mudei de quarto 3x. O primeiro o ar fazia um barulho insuportável e me trocaram assim que cheguei! O segundo quarto o ar não gelou, passei a noite toda passando calor! Os atendentes do hotel sempre mto solícitos, mas me informaram que não tinha quarto disponível! Pedi pra me mudarem de quarto para ala reformada, que foi reformada há muitos anos! Lixeiras dos banheiros sem tampas! Assim péssimos os quartos! Nunca mais me hospedo! O Amazon aeroporto é outro nível!

O quarto tinha odor péssimo de mofo, cobram pelo pet porém não oferecem nada, nem tapete higiênico. Atendimento sem cortesia na recepção. Check out sem nenhuma educação. Pior hotel que já fiquei em Cuiabá, além de muito caro;dizem que o do aeroporto é melhor.

Reserve com antecedência pois é concorrido!
Colaboradores muito solícitos e cordiais. Estrutura do hotel bem cuidada. Excelente café da manhã. Cama muito boa. Chuveiro com água muito quente, e sem opção de água fria na primeira noite, mas melhorou um pouco na segunda noite... talvez algum problema pontual. Mas eu recomendo tranquilamente a Hospedagem aqui.

A ala nova do hotel é maravilhosa. Os quartos são espaçosos, limpos e silenciosos. Cama grande (king) e tv a cabo bem completa. O café é bem servido e saboroso.

Hotel bem limpinho, cheiroso, decoração maravilhosa, muito bom gosto, localização excelente. Todavia, eu já fui melhor atendida no check in e no check out em outros momentos. Cheguei cheia de malas e tinha uns 5 homens atrás do balcão e nenhum se prestou para vir abrir a porta para mim e me ajudar naquele calor de Cuiabá. Isso porque sempre quando alguém me ajudou com as malas eu sempre dei gorjeta... perderam e perde o hotel que não treina bem seus colaboradores.
