"Needing to relax and be refreshed, we stayed at Koi Resort for 21 nights! The beauty and tranquillity were just what we needed. The breakfasts are great! Also appreciated were the good shopping advice and transportation between Koi Retreat and Hoi An Old Town (5 Km one way). Don’t bother with the free kayaks - the small space to use these is laughable. We had some problems with housekeeping but these were resolved when we spoke to Tracy. Highly recommended!"

"The management and staff could not be any more nicer than these people, they made us feel so welcome and we really did feel a part of the family. With the sound of kids playing outside waking you up in the morning it felt you were a part of normal life in Vietnam. Had a great time and a BIG thank you to Tammy and the girls. "The staff at the property are all so friendly and helpful, nothing is a problem for them to assist. English translation at front reception is excellent. They assisted us to confirm and book restaurants and grab vehicles. They have bicycles you can use for free. A free shuttle bus into old town for convenience. Breakfasts are well catered for. Property in good location. Have stayed there on two occasions, very good prices, highly recommend it."
