"Staff was nice. The breakfast was really good with many options, from pastries to salad to cold cuts and bread, cereal. They made me a nice cappuccino. Rooms were clean. My floor had a kids corner which I think is great for families with kids to play in. Area felt safe with metro and buses and teams 3 minutes from the hotel. Plenty of options for restaurants. A 4 minute walk from the post office. Some book stores 4 min walk. Overall a great experience. "

"This hotel is within walking distance of the sports arena, and I was attending a concert there. It was reassuring to know that I could exit the concert around 11:30 and not worry about transportation. The one thing that I objected to was that someone in housekeeping had turned off the air conditioning while I was out. I came back to a hot room. I discussed the situation at the front desk, and it didn't happen again."
