The hotel is wonderful. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were wonderful. Our experience from check in to check out was one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. I wish we could have spent another night or more at the hotel.

Hotel Miramar offers a modern wing with high quality pool and spa facilities with sea views and restaurants and rooms in a building that features early 20th century elegance. The sea view suites are enormous with very high ceilings, luxe baths, 360 panoramas and an extremely comfortable bed. The staff truly excel at making guests feel welcome.

We liked location close to the beach, good food and wonderful staff in dining room. We had encountered rude front desk staff member who communicated with us in a very condescending and arrogant manner, which spoiled our experience in this hotel. Not a 5 star guest treatment.

A perfect holiday
It was a perfect holiday - very clean hotel, friendly staff, good food and nice location. The rooms are perhaps a bit small for five stars - but this is renovated hotel that was build in 1906 and some of its charm would be lost if rooms were bigger.

Not a 5-star hotel.
Not a 5-star hotel. I just returned from a four-night stay at Hotel Miramare. It identifies itself as a 5-star hotel, but there was no valet parking and dinner was only offered as a buffet, no menu. I understand this is the hotel's first season since renovations and reopening, but there are some basic amenities and expectations from such a rating and this hotel was lacking. Otherwise, this was a fine hotel; the staff were very accomodating and freindly, the facilites and rooms were extremely well-kept and comfortable.

Es ist einfach wunderbar, dass man die historischen Teile aus 1906 restauriert und so toll mit dem Neubau verbunden hat. Auch der Platz vor dem Hotel wurde wunderschön gestaltet. Gratulation dem Architekten, dem das Meisterstück gelungen ist! Das Hotel ist nicht nur von außen, sondern auch von innen eine Augenweide. Auch die Zimmereinrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und bequem. Leider klemmte die Schrankschiebetür, sodass man sie kaum bewegen konnte. Beim Buffet sollte man mehr darauf achten, dass z.B. die Spiegeleier oder der gebratene Fisch vom anwesenden Koch im Bedarfsfall und nicht auf Vorrat zubereitet werden, weil ewig warmgehaltene Speisen kein kulinarisches Highlight sind.

Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen. Es ist ein traumhaftes Hotel in toller Lage, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Unser Zimmer war sehr großzügig und toll augestattet. Der Wellnessbereich war ein Traum, wir haben Ihnen täglich genutzt. Die Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken beim Frühstück war sehr groß und alles war sehr lecker. In Punkte Sauberkeit sind uns aber doch ein paar Kleinigkeiten aufgefallen, die bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel und bei so einem Preis eher nicht passieren sollten. Wir haben Sie beim Check Out angemerkt und hoffen, dass sich dies bis zu unserem nächsten Besuch verbessert. Im Whirlpool war Sand, dieser wurde während unseres gesamten Aufenthaft nicht gereinigt, auch die Ränder am Pool und in der Dusche des Wellnessbereiches sowie die Tische auf der Terasse waren etwas schmutzig. Unser Zimmer war Tip Top sauber, ledigleich unter der Schlafcouch war sehr viel Staub und schmutz (was für das Personal aber bestimmt schwer zu sehen ist). Alles im Allem nur Kleinigkeiten, die durch die vielen tolles Sachen defitiv aufgewogen werden. Wir freuen uns schon auf einen erneuten Aufenthalt im nächsten Jahr.

Muito bom
Hotel ótimo, bem localizado, quarto extremamente confortável. As instalações só ótimas. O pessoal da recepção é extraordinário, atenciosos e preocupados em nos ajudar. Porém o pessoal do restaurante deixa muiot a desejar na educação e atendimento. Até fiz uma reclamação ao gerente do restaurante, em função da indelicadeza e desrespeito de um dos garçons. Mas recomendo o hotel sem dúvida

Top City Hotel
Gutes Hotel Frühstück top Klimaanlage im Zimmer war schwach. Klimaanlage schaltet sich nicht automatisch wieder wenn man draußen auf dem Balkon sitzt. Türen gehen laut zu. Service war top. Freundliches Reinigungspersonal. Spa und Pool sauber. Gym funktionel.

Spędziliśmy przyjemny czas w tym pięknie odnowionym i rozbudowanym hotelu. Jedyna rzecz jaka nie wyszła architektowi to łazienka w pokoju, jest za mała, dwie osoby nie umyją razem zębów przy umywalce. Szklane drzwi otwierają sie do srodka i uderzają w muszlę wc, ciekawe kiedy ktoś je rozbije. Przydałaby się sala zabaw dla dzieci, aby mialy zajęcie podczas deszczu.

W naszej ocenie hotel zasługuje co najwyżej na 4*, odnowiony w 2021 i na pewno z zewnątrz, lobby, palarnia i obsługa to 5* natomiast ocenimy całość i tylko 5* Hilton w Gdańsku był gorszym pięciogwiazdkowym hotelem jaki odwiedziliśmy.Nie podobało się nam brak napojów do koalicji wliczonej w cenę, nawet woda była dodatkowo płatna. Kawa z ekspresu do śniadania dodatkowo płatna. Monotonne śniadania z małym wyborem. Mały basen i taras do opalania jest na pewno na minus. W łazience nie schodzi woda w prysznicu nawet po interwencji personelu hotelowego. Szafa rozsuwana, rozsuwa się z problemami i to duży problem dla kobiety. Bardzo małe łóżko. Byliśmy w hotelu z początkiem maja wiec nie możny ocenić jakości plażowania, chociaż plaże wokół hotelu są jedne z najlepszych z jakich korzystaliśmy w północnej Chorwacji.

Viel Geld für schlechten Service - kein Gastgefühl
Auch wenn ich spät ankomme, erwarte ich von einem solchen 5*-Hotel in dieser hohen Preisklasse, dass mir mit dem Wagen und Gepäck geholfen wird. Stattdessen ein gelangweilter Rezeptionist, der ohne Arbeit sitzen bleibt und mir bedeutet, ich könne ja mal schauen, ob ich in der hoteleigenen Garage noch einen Platz für meinen Wagen finde und sonst halt Pech. Es lag so der Eindruck in der Luft, ich müsse froh sein, dass ich überhaupt bedient werde und einen Zimmerschlüssel erhalte. Wohlgemerkt, es war gegen 23:00 und keine anderen Gäste weit und breit. Muss ich nicht mehr haben.

Besser geht es nicht.
Nagelneu renoviertes 5-Sterne Luxushotel in erster Reihe, nur durch eine verkehrsberuhigte (wenn auch stark frequentierte) Strasse vom Strand getrennt. Sehr gute Betten, aufmerksamer Service, große Zimmer, perfektes Bad, sehr gute Klimaanlage, schalldichte Fenster, großer möbilierter Balkon. Reichhaltiges Frühstück, allerbeste Aufschnitte, frisches Obst, auf Wunsch zubereitete Eierspeisen. Pool und Whillpool sauber und groß; Saunen waren wg. Corono noch gesperrt. Liegen mit Aussicht aufs Meer. Garage groß und gut beleuchtet, ausreichend breite Parkplätze. Achtung bei der Einfahrt vor der Schranke: Dort ist ein von außen beinahe unsichtbarer hochstehender Kanaldeckel, lieber etwas links halten weg von der Wand. Das Hotel wurde am 16.06.21 wiedereröffnet. Wir waren Anfang Juli dort und man merkte, dass sich noch nicht alles perfekt eingespielt hatte, aber es wurde jeden Tag besser; am Schluss unseres Aufenthalts perfekt.
