"The room was clean, neat, and comfortable, which we appreciated. However, our overall experience was disappointing due to the lack of customer service.
We were travelling with young children and found the arrival process quite difficult. There was no available parking for unloading luggage, no assistance offered with our bags, and no luggage trolley available for guests to use. Managing multiple suitcases and children without any support made check-in unnecessarily stressful.
While one member of staff was helpful and friendly, unfortunately the rest of our interactions with staff left us feeling that guest needs were not a priority.
The hotel itself has potential, but improvements in customer service and guest support, particularly for families, would make a significant difference to the overall experience."
