"The Crescent Motel advertises itself as a "beachfront motel." Unfortunately there are two rooms that are not beachfront. We were assigned one of them in spite of the fact that Hotels.com said that we had VIP status and were entitled to a room upgrade. The motel disputes this. Someone must be wrong. So we ended up with a non-beachfront room. The only ambiance was of traffic rolling by. In addition, the TV didn't work properly. For a room that cost over $200, it was poor value. The motel is also in need of an upgrade."
"Bedding was clean but the bed was very soft. Fridge had not been emptied so there was old food in it.
Soundproofing is not great, lots of gaps around the door"
