That was wet. No phone in the room. Phone number on receipt had been disconducted. Five or six calls to a number trying to reach nights end failed. We packed up and left found a beautiful room at Best Western avoid night's end

Booked this room at 2 am and arrived at 2:30. Rude lady from India at front desk looked like she rolled out of bed to tell me that I can’t check in after midnight and refused to check me in. I have never encountered this and my job has me traveling the nation for work so hotels are my home from home

Well the pipes busted once already then they busted again and we got ran out because of it and no place to even stay. No refund no sorry no nothing. No housekeeping. Housekeeper lives on property....no hot water whole time was there. Absolutely horrible place don't recommend

Property was very unclean and smelled disgusting. The bed had stains. Very noisy at night. I have a rash from the soap I was provided. The bathroom had mold in it and the was dirty. I honestly I want a refund.

Poorly managed hotel
The hotel room appeared to have not been cleaned well. There was a couple of stray hairs in the bed, so the sheets hadn’t been changed. Someone’s dirty wash rag and towel were hanging in the bathroom. The pillows are extremely small. Would not recommend a stay in this hotel and will not be choosing this one again!

Room had a odd smell to it causing us to have to wash everything once home. Drain in tub was clogged so as you showered you stood in water. TV was unplugged when we arrived. Did not eat the breakfast so cannot talk about that. With the slim pick of hotels to pick from it was tolerable but not one of the bests

Rooms were dirty. Sheets were stained, towels stained, dried vomit on carpet. Given new room which were marginally better. Located across from Coyote strip club....could explain rooms conditions.

The staff was great but the room was in disrepair and in need of renovations. The room lighting was dim and the bath tub appeared to be dirty, although it was probably just an old tub in need of replacement.

Although there were not many frills, it was a clean, comfortable, and pleasant place to stay, with friendly, accomodating staff. All the amenities worked well. I would however, have appreciated a freezer in the mini-fridge and a free breakfast! All in all, it was indeed a good value!

My wife and I are both in our seventies and I asked for a room on the first floor since there was no other means than stairs to access our room. Room was clean but several items were in need of replacement of repair. Large hole had been kicked completely through the bathroom door. Carpet was well worn. Ad said that breakfast was included but when asked, the staff member said they had done that but discontinued. Update Ad.

Asked for ADA friendly room...told all downstairs rooms were. I say NOT friendly...had about 3 inch bump to get into room w/chair. Thats after a small ramp off parking lot. Tight getting around in room & no space getting into toilet. Bathroom door had hole in door, dresser drawer broken...didnt need to use thank the lord. Didnt use the luggage rack it was rusty. I take my own disinfectant & spray since covid...but didnt think i would need to clean to stay. Then turned bed down & found it full of black hairs. If it wasnt late & hard moving husband i would of left. Went & got clean sheets & remade beds. Got NO compensation or offer to redo bedding or even different room. Cost to stay @ this location should be $10 a night & thats pushing it. If i can add pic's i will.

This place sucks
Terrible! First room was filthy and frig had mold growing in it. Bathroom was dirty. Got a new room. It was fair at best. Service sucked. No amenities at all.

Check in thru night window, lobby closed at 4 p.m.. Finally got a room key, did not work. Back up front to get a working key card. T V did not work. Tried to call front desk, phone did not work. Back up front for TV repair. No problem, fixed right away. Due to Covid , no housekeeping provided, if you want a towel, back up front. Empty your own trash , etc. NEVER AGAIN

No Frills place to try and sleep
The wall were dirty, the bathroom door had a hole in it, towel holder barely hanging on the wall, drain flies, and if you set on the edge of one of the beds, it would tip. The dresser drawer was hanging down on one side and the tub shower was dirty. The lobby is closed because of virus. No thrills , just a place to sleep

It's sleepable
Upon approaching the building, looked like a Knoghts Inn. The owners were friendly, bit i think one of the employees just started. The room was another story. The bed was clean, but the bathroom door had a hole in it. You could see the inside of the bathroom from the outside and the room from the other side. Walls were dirty, and the pillows were FLAT FLAT. Quiet surroundings. The no smoking policy was hilarious. You had to be 8 feet away from the building, or you may be asked to leave. But there was a cigarette butt can was in front of the door, and a client smoking in front of the door. I asked my friend to smoke in the car or move away from the building.

Upon arrival no work was present at the desk and front door was locked with a note saying to go to the Super 8 nextdoor if you need a room. Kinda hard to get my money back that I already paid for the room.

Never again-staying at this facility.
The facility was very dirty, had a bad odor and we did not even stay but one night but had to pay for the entire time scheduled. Spoke to the manager and he said I workshop get charged but I still did through the third party used to book this stay. Very disappointed as the pictures shown definitely do not reflect the true accuracy of the hotel nor rooms.

At the end of the day you get what you pay for. I was traveling across the country with my children and I needed a safe place to sleep that wasn’t too expensive. The gentleman who runs it was very nice and very accommodating and I had a good experience with him. For what the room was my kids and I slept pretty good. It was very easily accessible from the highway and that’s a big plus for me also. So for the money I paid I’m happy with my experience. It’s not a four-star hotel so I didn’t have expectations too terribly high. I had to clean beds with clean pillows running water and a toilet. I was a happy traveling mom!
