Our room was at a consistent temperature of 78, the ac did not work. The noise from the road was so loud we ended up getting up and leaving by 4:30 am. The shower did not drain either. However the food in the lounge was fabulous.

The property does not look anything like the photos, They must’ve been taken 10 years ago. It Has not been maintained. Our room was extremely dilapidated: Our shower was gross, tiles were cracked, A light fixture was taped together, If you sat on the toilet, it would lean forward. We decided to leave and go home. The rest of the property was in similar condition to our room.

Room felt a bit dated. The towel rack in the bathroom was falling off. And being located next to the interstate made for a couple of noisy nights.

The staff was amazing. The fixtures such as fire alarms were not set into the walls as they should be, locks on door were broken, and a lot of dirt and dust still, almost like the housekeeping doesn't do as detailed a job as you would think. Not worth as much as we paid for sure, but comfortable enough and clean enough. Elevators were a little scary.

If you want to sleep in your hotel room - I would avoid this hotel. The traffic boise is relentless and the windows appear to be made of "air" as they have absolutely no sound insulation properties at all.

It took us an hour to check in because we booked via Expedia and their virtual card wasn’t working. Big shoutout to the front desk team and manager for everything y’all did to get that problem sorted. Y’all went above and beyond. Great hotel with great staff.

Nightly rates are surprisingly low. Great customer service. It was a random over night stay after spending some time at an amazing pub down the street. From booking the stay, checking in and checking out in the am, it was beyond smooth. Will definitely tell friends and family they need to stay here sometime.

The condition of the room was very poor. Definitely did not look like the pictures on the website. I had a room with two beds. Both of the beds were slightly sunken in. The boxsprings were stained/dirty, the pillows had a yellow tint to them. The shelf in between the beds was on a slant therefore no beverage could be placed there. The freezer had a very thick layer of frost in it. I was extremely uncomfortable and left the same day I checked in.

One of my favorite hotels. Food is always good, friendly staff, and clean. People in room beside me was loud all night. I finally got up and left arlt 4:45am.

I can't give an accurate review till the insurance is sent back to my bank account. Most things at the hotel were broken but it was decent. Should be cheaper, a best western is in nicer shape with better quality. The lady at the bar was nice though. A lot of things were broke.

It was a lot better than expected (based on reviews), the hotel was clean and very nice. It is an older property, but nice. The staff was very helpful, esp the woman at the bar restaurant (she was amazing); the outside area was a little sketchy, but parking was great and it’s convenient to restaurants. The pool was nice and you could smell the chlorine. (Good thing).. the only accurate thing is that the hotel did smell like marijuana, but it was the customers. So the hotel itself cannot help that.

Was dirty, smelled like weed throughout the whole hotel, and in the room there were several things not maintained properly. The door handles were all loose.

We checked in to unfriendly and uncommunicative front desk staff. There was an issue with the Expedia “card” and was told it declined. Then no communication beyond that. Watched multiple guests get similar treatment. The location is nice. It is an older hotel and is quite dirty.

The prices were great but some of the receptionist staff seemed indifferent to customer service. They didn't seem able to answer a few questions about the area such as transportation availability. The area was a bit more noisy than one might expect, with constant travel and long-distance trains running at all hours. The room had an unidentifiable odor that had me opening the window (on the 15th floor with no protective screening).

Rooms are outdated. Too expensive for what you get. Location is OK but didn’t look safe to walk to the stadiums. You could hear the traffic and the people in the hallways. Not impressed

The bath tub was stopped up and took a long time to drain. The counter had stains. The hotel definitely need some upgrades.
