Lovely hotel within walking distance to Cathedral, amitheatre and all areas of Taragonna. Staff were so helpful, especially Gutman who went above and beyond to assist me when I had to go to the ER for something minor. Would absolutely stay there again.

This is a clean, quiet hotel, about 20 minutes from the Roman amphitheater. The breakfast is excellent, the gym small but adequate and the staff were very helpful. My only complaint was no kettle with tea and coffee in the room.

2 day getaway in Tarragona.
Check in and check out we’re easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean. Great location and enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Would stay there again.

Very central, great location for sightseeing around Tarragona and not far from Reus airport. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, we also enjoyed the buffet breakfasts.

The hotel was very understaffed, the tub wasn't draining, the toilet flusher broke, the hallway to bedrooms and elevator were extremely dark, breakfast left a lot to be desired . On the other side, ALL the staff were wonderful.

New years eve stay.
Although an a la carte restaurant not a lot of choice. Basically very little difference to room service. Room service was excellent. Expected a little more sound proofing for a 4 star hotel. Although we were facing the park could hear the buses reversing out of the bus station area. Reception staff very helpful

I did not like that from my room I was able to perfectly hear the conversations from guess in the contiguos room. Lack of privacy was a concern.

Called Marriott & the AC hotel weeks ahead to request an ADA room. Both showed no notes in their system!!! Check in staff was not helpful or professional, when I arrived many hour prior to check in. They where so rude!!! They gave us a room with dirt sheets, have pictures, took them hours to correct that issue. My friend can not us the wash room or take a shower in our room. She must leave the 4th floor in a wheelchair, go to the 1st floor every time she needs to use tge washroom, this is not right!!! I requested 2 beds, they gave us a double bed, It hard to sleep with someone who has no control of their legs moving all the time! So I’m not getting any sleep cause I’m now laying on a hard hotel floor! Marriott Corp called the hotel, Daniel, to try & assist but the GM would not come to the phone, I was told by other staff that tge GM was in the property, or to the front desk to deal with my issue. I am not pleased with my treatment!!! Refund me!! Im writing the Marriott Corp, AC Hotel, the American disabilities Office in the curl treatment we have endured and the frustration That I’m laying in a hotel floor. What are you going to do about this???

Quiet， backs onto a large city park. Heard birds in the morning. Buses to the beaches: city buses #11 and #12 from Plaza Imperial Tarraco just a block away.

Great to be back!
We are regular visitors to this hotel and adore all of the staff - must mention Karina who, even after more than a year of lockdown induced absence, recognised us immediately and remembered our names. Each time we entered the hotel we were greeted by name and made to feel very welcome! Meanwhile, the hotel has been refurbished to a high standard and Covid measures are very good indeed.

Nice, clean hotel with very comfortable beds. Location is not very central to the old town (about 20 min walk). But walking to the old town was not a problem and the stay was otherwise very enjoyable.
