“Wonderful service!”

The people running the hotel were so nice! We stayed for two days in a clean comfortable room. I would definately recomend the this hotel.

Passing through on Ride the Rockies- older hotel but nice and clean

“Dirtier than last itme and overpriced”

Have stayed here several times, but it is just getting dirtier and is way overpriced for what you get. Will not stay again.

“Not impressed”

The motel is located in a wonderful area, but is in need of upgrading. Room was okay but just okay as for comfort.

“Shabby and wearing out”

This poor old hotel has seen better days. Guest computer didn't work, pool was out of commission, took forever to get the coin washer to go, breakfast was truly dreadful food with powdered coffee whitener that we couldn't bear to eat. Carpets are dingy and everything is just old, old, old. The staff were friendly and helpful, but Cortez has a lot more to offer and I wouldn't recommend this place.

“not impressed”

It's been a long time that I've seen a breakfast so cheep. Even the cups in the room was as cheep as you can go. For the price that we paid I have stayed at cheep hotels with better service. The bed needed to be replace. Just would not go back.

“Cold in Cortez”

We were at this motel Jan. 1 and the weather was very cold. The heat had been turned on but the room was barely warm. The heat lamp in the cold bathroom was burned out and the old metal windows there were no match for the cold air. There was no way to stopper the tub but the shower was adequate. The indoor pool and hot tub are indoors but seasonal so not available. The toilet broke in the morning. The "continental breakfast" had almost no variety. We appreciated their pet friendly policy.
