We had an individual middle of the night try to open our door who might have been intoxicated and when I called the front desk. A staff member took care of the issue right away. I really appreciate the quick urgency to respond and resolving the issue.

The property is old and in need of updating. There were no towels by the pool. My television did not work. Even though I was given a late checkout and had the di not disturb sign on my door they repeatedly kept knocking on my door and even entered my room without my consent.
