This is an old building that has been well cared for. It isn't fancy, but a great value and I would certainly stay here again.

It was clean. Quiet. Adequate to our needs. Only negative was the access to the shower was extremely narrow. Breakfast was pre-packaged Donuts bulk cereal but didn't expect anything more

A nice economical stay.

This was a good basic Motel to stay in. It was fairly quiet considering how close it is to the freeway. The service was excellent, and it's always nice to be able to park your car very close to the room. Breakfast with Cheerios or corn flakes and a few inexpensive wrapped pastries, with decent orange juice and whole milk. Coffee what's provided and the room and the breakfast area.

Will try something different in the future.

Best part was it was a brick building so you didn’t hear neighbors. Everything was very old. Shower area was not very clean. Coffee grounds and coffee still in the coffee maker. Had a weird smell to the room.

Stained sheets, blanket with a hole in it, broken chair, microwave from the Cretaceous Era, prison shower, worn out mattress, what breakfast?This was the cheapest motel I could find anywhere near Chico and I still feel like I overpaid. Not staying here every again.

The sheets and bathroom were clean but keep your shoes on when walking on the floor. There wasn't any ice in the machine even after we waited. Don't bother to eat there. The donuts and muffins were old and rubbery.
