It’s a great hotel, clean, well maintained with efficient and personable staff. It’s just a 5 minute walk from the airport which is very convenient. Unfortunately their free airport shuttle was not working on the day we landed and since we were in our 60s and 70s, had 2 bags each and there are many steps up to get to the hotel, we had to take a 3 minute cab ride to the hotel.

Pros: Very easy to get to from airport (walk or free shuttle). Very kind staff! Clean facilities. Spacious room. Cons: Did not find the beds very comfortable (very springy). A bit outdated.

Rather crowded and noisy in public areas. We were probably unlucky to have had to share hotel with a couple of big groups. Room was spacious and well appointed.

Not bad! We chose the hotel because of our need for a comfortable mattress. Half of us slept well on it. Rather than face traffic, we ate supper at the hotel restaurant. It wasn’t bad.

Family New Years Eve
Modern clean crisp rooms with large windows and lots of space. We stayed with 2 small boys who loved the play room and games available. Food in the New Yorker was good value and great quality.

Stayed the night before a very early flight. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. The only issue was that the tv kept shutting off and rebooting. No guest information booklet to explain the tv features.

Waited 25 mins for a shuttle, we were told “look for the red on the floor “ Turns out they meant the Red box saying shuttle on the ground outside ! Hotel was very clean and we would stay again

Convenient location for driving to Kinsale or other towns near Cork. The place is extremely clean and modern. Beds are comfy and pillows are soft. The room has AC as well.
