2 inch cockroaches in the tub, sink didn't drain, 1 ice machine for three floors and everyday (3) I had to come back down to the desk and have the card refreshed to open the door. I did not interface with the cleaning staff, but the front desk personnel did not present a caring, trained or professional presence.

The room was very large and comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was friendly. The location was great for what we were doing on the area, and it had just about every restaurant you could want around it. Even though the hot tub and pool were unavailable, there were two hotels within walking distance and we were allowed to use the hotel pool and hot tub there. So we had a wonderful experience.

Accommodating for our late arrival but the hotel was mediocre for the cost. The bathroom had hair on the floor and it was very dated. Breakfast was underwhelming and they ran out of waffle mix and we asked if they had more and the lady rudely told us no. Moments later another worker was asked and brought out more as we were leaving. Most of the staff was nice though and the beds were comfortable and the location was perfect.

The best were very comfortable and thrown was a nice size. The downfalls were that the AC was not able to be lowered, the tub did not drain, and the shower faucet fell completely off while my daughter was taking a shower and the water almost scalded her it got so hot. Breakfast was decent although they could use another waffle maker so you didn’t have to wait 10 minutes or more to make one.

Excellent stay. Only issue was lots of banging noise above us from people walking and running heavily and slamming doors all night. Thought walls and ceiling would have a little more sound proofing but apparently not!

Acceptable place to stay in a busy location next to the outlet malls. The hotel needs a refresh. Lots of broken things. Hair dryer. TV. AC. But staff and is very nice.

The first night was ok. My room was very warm the next morning, so I turned on the AC but only hot air came out. The temp in the room was at a blistering 93 degrees. I called the front desk and Miss Rebecca was very sweet and courteous. She came up to try to reset the unit but that didn’t work, so she switched me to a different room. And before she switched she made sure the AC worked. The room had just been cleaned as well so it had that “freshly cleaned bleach smell”.

Ive stayed here many times and never had an issue. But this time in room 221 i found a bed bug crawling on my pillow. We were moved to room 223 but never offered a discount or an apology. Very disappointed

VERY clean hotel. I've stayed at others in the area (I travel for business) and this is probably my new favorite. The breakfast was unique, the hotel was clean and updated, the staff was friendly. Maybe the only weird thing was driving through Sonic to get into the parking lot. But the parking lot was convenient. Shower pressure and water temp was GREAT!

The lady at the front desk basically ignored me when we walked in - she was busy playing with a puppy. The first room she gave us smelled so bad of smoke my 3 year old started gagging. She changed our room and it was much better although the AC unit ticked literally all night long. Within 15 minutes of getting into the room we started getting phone calls us asking us to stop the “jumping”. My son was excited, so I got him on the bed and turned the tv on so he would settle down. We got two more harassing phone calls after that about the noise - but everyone was in the bed - no one was making any noise. Keep in mind, it wasn’t even late at night - before 9:00 when we started getting the calls. Of course, we spent the rest of stay feeling like we were walking on eggshells. My husband had to leave before me and my kids, so I felt uncomfortable even getting breakfast for fear of being harassed again. I’m sure we were the only family in the entire hotel, so it would be easy to single us out. I’ve never had a worse hotel stay in my life. At least one call was from the front desk, the others may have been from the occupant of the room below us. I’m frustrated that some strange man had the ability to call our room over and over again. I’ve never felt unsafe in a hotel until now. We’ve stayed at countless hotels and have never had any problems until this one. If you have a family I would highly recommend NOT staying here. I will never stay at a Comfort Suites again.

This was a fabulous place to stay. Amazing breakfast. The pool was excellent. Everything was clean. The beds were comfy. Staff was helpful and kind. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Commerce.
