"I booked a cabin for four adults and my small dog, at check-in they said they were unaware of my pet so charged an additional seventy five dollars for that, the cabin had one coffee cup for four adults, steps to the loft area were loose, pullout double bed sofa mattress was filthy, not enough towels for everyone, shower doors were poorly installed hard to open and close. Overall not a good place to stay, I could not recommend staying in one of the cabins, not sure about the lodge."

"The parking lot was full of drunken people dropping empty bottles everywhere. Did not feel safe walking from my car to the doors with my daughter. The check-in area was very hot, and there was a funny smell to it. The elevator took forever to go up or down and was very shaky. Our room had what felt like wet carpet when we walked in. The bathroom mirror was broken, and the sink had a crack, while the cold-water knob was broken and hard to turn off or on because it was coming out of the sink. The AC was dripping all night, making a tapping sound on the window, and all of our clothes had a wet feeling from the room being overly humid. I will say it was a place to stay for 1 night only to sleep, but I would not recommend it for more than just sleeping. You can tell this place is more for the people who are there for work in the area rather than travelers."

"This was a trip back to our hometown for a family graduation. We loved having the luxury of a suite with a living area with sofa and side chair and kitchen for more intimate time away from larger family gatherings for my husband and I to get away from work and also enjoy some time alone together. We don’t do any cooking but could have if we wanted to, all dishes, silverware, cooking utensils are included. If I ever do travel nursing, Home2 Suites would be ideal!"

"The keys to the room did not work. We had to get our keys reprogrammed every time we went into the room. The key reader to the door had to be repaired during our stay and the staff was completely unapologetic and couldn’t be bothered to help. We got no apologies or any empathy. We waited in the hall for an hour waiting for the maintenance guy to show up. I won’t be staying here again. We were here with a large group and the keys did not work for anyone. Very annoying."
