I just wanted to cry. One room the doorwould not latch shut, unless you pick up the door handle so hard and then it would. Once this was an issue I asked for another room. That one was not even cleaned there was still trash in the trash, dirty soap in the tub, and I am surethey just remake the bed. I didnt realize it was dirty until I went in to wake my daughter. So I got all her stuff out and asked for the room back that I thought the door handle was fixed on. My room the bathroom had not been cleaned and im sure the bedding wasnt changed. There were tournaments going on there so slmost of the hotels were sold out orto expensive. We didnt have hot water and towards night and early morning it smelt like weed. The one room that was dirty that my daughter was in had electric issues. Theownshave more money in there pocket then they do into the hotel. So very disappointed 😞

Was very dirty , room had Oder , blankets were dirty, not vacuumed, walls are filthy with hand prints , food, blood, broken desk torn chairs , hair in tub, dusty, had to switch rooms to find the same issues, paint chip in shower, holes in wall, stains in floor, I asked for refund twice and wouldn’t give it to me, manager had to clean the 2nd room himself which still was not convincing enough or comfortable enough to stay there, which I did not stay I did go back to get my belonging the next day being I stayed out of town with friend. Would never come back and if I was you I’d take this girl off your site before you get ruined by it, I did take pictures, the breakfast was also terrible! Only had dry bread , one kind of cereal and waffles that taste sour . I would definitely report This to get looked at, very dissatisfying and disappointing!! Wasted money!! And my whole reason for staying was completely ruined!! Very very very upset!! Manger says it’s language barrier but as manager why he don’t check the rooms after being cleaned and or help teach better or find different worker? He don’t care enough to handle the issue of any kind accordingly I guess

We tried to check-in but there was no one at the front desk. There was a gentlemen who said he had been waiting for over 30 minutes. We went back to our car and dialed the local number. A woman answered and said she was at the front desk. Went back in and no one was there, but in a few minutes a woman came to the desk. I gave her my name. She really did not say anything....handed the key cards to me, and that was it. She did not say where our room was, where to come in, where to park, nothing about breakfast. Was very odd. Hallways still have a very strong smokey smell.

This was a typical super 8. The motel it's self smelled horrible!! Once I was in the room the smell was worse. I had to go buy some odar out. The bathroom was horrific. Burgers on the wall. Poop smear under toilet paper. I just needed to sleep so I could get home. I would not recommend staying here if you didn't have to. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful when not on his phone.

The room was nasty. Air conditioning didn’t work, stains on floor and in bathroom. Parking lot was dirty with broken glass and trash. The lobby was hot with no airflow and the staff could barely speak English. They couldn’t understand what we were telling them about the room. Will never stay here.

This hotel was dirty. First room they gave us was not clean. Sheets and trash everywhere. Second room was better. Dirty socks in the corner. Pillowcase dirty. Comforter cover was so thin. The blankets were very itchy. Just overall bad experience. Wouldn't recommend and won't be back.

Nothing was good here. Dirty, bed and pillows lumpy and just plain bad. Walls in bathroom were very dirty. Wouldn't use the bathtub if I was paid to use it. I was extremely disappointed.

First room was dirty, had hair in tub aling with much soap buildup up, double bed with king headboard and broken recliner chair. Second room had king bed, looked clean and there was a dirty cleaning rag all dried up behind the door. Had a small coffe maker, and coffee but no cups in the room.Also no klenix. Brken glass in the parking lot. Overall not good. Did not try the free breakfast.

I have pretty low standards when traveling by myself, but holy wow! The guy who checked me in tried to charge me 2x and was super rude. He asked me questions about my reservation or my info and cut me off as i started answering multiple times. Had to call to ger his attention as i was 1 of 4 cars in the lot. no bathtub plug, bathtub cracked and puttied, 3 bars of soap, empty tp, empty tissues, fridge didn't work, coffee pot and cups no coffee pods or tea. sink was broken and didn't empty. tried to open the stopper and it pulled right out of the sink. bed had bed bug guard on it. suede recliner was stained. wife? at counter in the morning was just as rude. Breakfast was a joke and would literally kill.people. Old dried biscuits from being laid out dsys before, same as toast. sausage gravy you could see when they'd filled it and just kept putting it away with the spoon in it and pulling it back to put in the warmer. it was separated, caked up, and had a thick skin on it at 7:30 am on a friday. ruined Super 8 as a brand. Literally go anywhere else.

When we first walked in, the lobby was dirty and had an unpleasant odor. The hallways were shabby. Our room was not very clean. Bed appeared clean, but bathroom had smears of dirt on the walls and hairs left on the shower walls.

Part of the sheet came off the bed and I don't know and don't want to know what was on the mattress pad. It needs to be burned. Upon check-in I inspected the toilet for cleanliness and the underside of the toilet seat and the rim of the toilet bowl had not been cleaned. Both had dried feces on them. After the second day of staying there, the maids replaced the towels but did not clean the toilet or vacuum the floor. They made the bed and thankfully covered up that disgusting mattress pad. The breakfast should just be discontinued. It contains the worst selection of breakfast choices I have ever seen. The plastic silverware in the silverware container were placed in backwards so you had to touch the part of the silverware you were going to put in your mouth. So without a doubt, the silverware you remove from the container and put in your mouth have been touched by everyone who spent the night there. They probably haven't heard of Covid-19. The manager failed to answer any questions I asked. He just suggested I call Expedia. I won't ever return to this Super 8. There wasn't anything super about it. I'd rather sleep in my car in a parking lot.
