“Great weekend!”

We recently had a great stay at Embassy Suites over Labor Day Weekend. The room was great, the shuttle service was wonderful, breakfast was always hot and ready, and the staff was over-the-top friendly and accommodating. A lot of people that weekend were complaining of the air conditioner not working. It was warm at times and our room wasn't as cool as we would have wished, but we later learned that the hotel was completely booked--so I'm sure the A/C was being worked to the max. The benefits outweighed the one negative. We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again ourselves! Thanks for a great stay.

“Great value for family of 6!”

We were in town for a wedding and chose this hotel instead of the family's hotel with blocked rooms. We liked it all at Embassy Suites. We had three beds, so we didn't have to put kids on the floor or split up into two rooms. We had a hot breakfast every morning with made-to-order omelets. (So much better than the typical danishes!) We enjoyed early and late hours of the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. The fitness room was above the standard for sure. Even my Marine husband thought it was "good to go." We had free internet -- this is one our biggest pet peeves at hotels, having to pay for internet. The business center was also free and very helpful for printing out boarding passes. We loved it and would stay there again. You just can't beat the value. The only negative is that we were never around for the manager's Happy Hour with two free drinks!

“Embassey Suites Right on the mark.”

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. While we are extremely happy with our overall experience there was a slight problem with one of the rooms. Our travel companion had difficulty with the shower faucet and a window that would not close. This, however, was not brought to our attention until we were ready to leave. From past experience I know that if the staff had been made aware of the problem they would have made everything right. Breakfast was a bit crowded but everyone was well taken care of and service was right on! Great coffee! New coffee makers in room were a great improvement. Location of hotel, exiting the I-270 eastbound you have to cross 2 lanes to make the turn or drive thru McDonalds to avoid making an illegal U Turn.

“Best hotel in Columbus”

Everything that you would want in a hotel is right here. I have stayed there numerous times and I will continue to do so. You won't regret staying at the Embassy Suites.

“Can't wait to go back! An 11 out of 10 score!”

This hotel is a bit more expensive compared to typical cheap hotels but it is well worth the money. The people there were really nice and everything about the hotel is superb. The breakfast served was great and the main lobby is set up really nice. I like how you can look up eight floors and see a glass ceiling, the building is just set up nice. The swimming area is also really nice. The hot tub was a bit on the burning hot side but the layout and the design of the swimming area was put together really well. There is a really cool rock waterfall set up that's nice to swim under. The room we got was amazing! The bed was very comfy and it was nice to have a 40in high def TV in both our living room area and out bedroom. The bathroom was a bit small but the living room, the bedroom, and the small kitchen area where the sink and microwave are was set up very well. I had a very nice vibe from this hotel and would definitely go back again. Also, internet is free, you just have to call the front desk for the password to long onto their Wi-Fi. I give this hotel an 11 our of 10. It was a great weekend and I planning on going back again.

“Great stay...plan to go back.”

My friend and I needed to attend a conference, but didn't have time to make the trip to TX and back. So we stayed here to stream the 6-day conference live. We were able to connect the laptop to the 42" flatscreen TV in our room. The hi-speed internet worked flawlessly all day, every day, all week. It was a bit annoying to have to sign in and re-enter the access code every 24 hrs, but that was minor. The housekeeping staff worked around the time difference and waited until our lunch break to clean. The beds were very comfy. The staff from the manager on down was always working, friendly and helpful. The breakfast varied from OK to great depending on who was cooking. Didn't have time for the pool, but it was nice that they had an earlier curfew for kids and an adults only time for about an hour after that. Love those kids, but love the silence in the hot tub after a long day! The fitness room was on the smallish side, but the equipment was nice. The hotel was less than 10 minutes away from a wide variety of restaurants ranging from fast food to fine dining as well as shopping.

“The BEST hotel deal I had so far”

The Embassy Suite is a very nice and well maintained hotel. My husband and I really enjoyed the hotel breakfast. Our room are very spacious and comfortable. This is by far the best hotel deal I had from Expedia. I got it as unpublished rate and the rate I got was just perfect for our budget. I really like booking through expedia because our check-ins and check-outs from the hotels we have stayed in are a breeze.

“Very impressed, will stay again next year!”

The room was very nice and had a great layout. Was a little warm but we just turned the thermostat down a couple extra degrees and it was comfortable after that. Very nice staff at check-in.
