This is a great place from the front desk to the hotel room. Ruth Cris restaurant is a great place for a night cap with dessert. Beds were very comfortable! I will definitely stay again if in the area!

No service or room
Check in was at 4pm. Our room was ready after 6pm. My daughter and I got ready in a public bathroom to make it to our event on time. Ordered room service breakfast that never arrived. This was a gift to her…she deserves a refund. We will not be back.

Great Time!
Excellent weekend!! We were in town for a show right down the street. Perfect location, excellent service, very clean. Plenty of parking in the garage attached to the hotel. Very safe and well lit. We had a great time.

The minute we walked in, we could tell this place was lacking customer service. The lobby was full of people waiting for rooms. We were told at 4pm check in that our room was not ready and they did not know when it would be ready. The lady managing the front desk was incredibly rude. Very rude as a matter of fact.

The lobby was nice but the beds were hard, our toilet was broken, phone wouldn’t work, shower was cold after 60 seconds, and the condition was empty in the shower. It seemed pretty clean otherwise & was in a convenient location. Staff was all friendly.

I loved everything about my stay, staff was wonderful from start to finish. My #1 complaint would be the parking. Parking among the general public is terrible in the attached garage, tried to leave Friday night and couldn't even get out of my parking spot.

Great hotel. There was a bright nightlight at the door that you could not shut off and was disturbing as we like it completely dark. Would return, still up to all the basic luxury standards we expect from the Hilton.
