"Was a challenge to get up and down the elevators in the mornings and evenings due to influxes of tour groups, mainly teenagers. They were polite but so many they overwhelmed the demand for the elevator! I realize this is good business for the hotel but maybe their express elevator or a few elevators could be specified for the groups use while others are for regular guests?"
