Nothing worked we had to move rooms two different times . First night we had no heat so kids frozen . Sent us to a new room and no tvs worked

Yanno I’m just utterly pissed that I booked this hotel for the hot tub and y’all screwed me and my girlfriend on our anniversary and it’s just unacceptable. I called before I booked the night and asked if the hot tub was open and Marissa answered with yes it’s 24/7 access. Then I stupidly booked a 1 bed suite with city view for 158$ and we get there and the hot tub is closed until 8. And then I am getting something from the car and I overhear that the hot tub is closed til tomorrow. Now idk if it’s communication between yalls workers but that was the ONLY reason I booked this hotel.

Centrally located. If you're looking for convenience for accessibilty in and around Colorado Springs, this is a great location. If you're looking for ambiance, this is not. It's very quiet. No music piped through the lobby or dining areas. The staff is incredibly amenable and warm.

Love staying at Antlers however we were disappointed in the hot tub being closed and being woken up by housekeeping knocking at 8:00 in the morning.

The room is kinda ify. The inside of the bathroom door is caroded on the bottom and i have stay in bigger rooms then this. But the black out shade is awesome!

We enjoyed the property and always wanted to stay at the Antler's Hotel. The valet parking was tremendous for us as we just had to mention that we wanted the car to the person at the front desk and our car was parked outside. This is a great feature for older people staying at the hotel. The cleanliness and the delicious food at the hotel restaurant were also excellent.

I did not like the location, there were a lot of poor homeless people, but that’s downtown COLORADO SPRINGS.

Friendly helpful staff/service. Nice view of downtown from our room. Enjoyed the pool/jacuzzi. Very nice lobby. Decor somewhat dated. Didn't appreciate having to pay $25 for valet parking.

It was a great place to stay and we’ll definitely stay there again. The only flaw would have been the smell in the hallway and rooms, super overpowering and the pet fee which I did not see while booking.

There were cables laying across the floor in the bedroom causing a trip hazard, the shower flooded the bathroom everytime you used it, there was leftover food left in the fridge which caused it to smell.

Hotel is looking sad and tired
The staff here is amazing. We were also very comfortable. It was quiet, and very clean. What I am not happy with is the amount of money we had to pay for parking. It said $17/day but we paid way more than that, even after validating our parking ticket correctly. We could have stayed here another night or two with the amount we paid to self-park. Breakfast buffet was ok, but not worth $45 for 2 people. The hotel also looks sad and tired. The wallpaper in our room was peeling, the lampshade was cracked in multiple places, and the bathroom door had chunks of veneer missing. Wyndham needs to invest in this hotel to bring it back to the way it used to be.

Terrible front desk, didn't clean rooms, 1st night we couldn't sleep due to broken heater- sounded like a broken propeller all night- zero compensation for their failure of providing a comfortable room. No towels until requested on day 4- no room cleaning for 5 day stay

The property was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable..however the ac unit made a squealing sound when running at times. I will say that the staff were attentive and were willing to provide feedback to Expedia when I asked for some kind of discount due to this issue.

It could have been better.
I was really looking forward to our stay at The Antlers. Over all,.. it was okay, however...the mattress should probably be replaced soon, we requested the shower head to be replaced, I think it was, but it wasn't that much better. The parking lot was ridicules! It's literally a maze! Signage for the Antlers elevator was dark and so hard to find. Upon exiting (even after we validated) we had to call twice to have the gate opened. The second time we were put on hold for so long, I just paid the $40. fee! We didn't have time to wait...
