"We stayed here twice during our visit. We stayed two days, traveled to Buenos Aires via ferry, and returned for an additional night. We chose this hotel because it was conveniently located, and they allowed us to keep our rental car parked in a parking space directly in front of the hotel that was monitored by a security camera. We were able to store the bulk of our luggage in the trunk and leave the rental car while in Buenos Aires. It was very convenient to walk to the ferry terminal from this location. The hotel staff was amazing. We would like to particularly highlight how helpful Ignacio (“Nacho”) was in providing restaurant and excursion recommendations in Colonia del Sacramento, as well as advice for our onward journey to Punta del Este. Since we only had one night upon our return and needed to have clothes washed for our onward travel, Nacho and another staff member who works overnight washed and dried our clothes and had them folded before breakfast. The breakfast options were great, and it was a nice touch to have complimentary limoncello and a homemade dulce de leche liqueur available in the lobby lounge area for guests to enjoy. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we visit Uruguay."

"One of the best hotels I've stayed in my life. The customer service is outstanding. The hotel is beautiful, with a balance of colonial style and modern design in the rooms. The best of two worlds. The location is perfect, exactly between the main avenue and the old city. And finally, the breakfast is amazing."

"hola no funcionaba el aire acondicionado de la habitacion, reclame dijeron que lo habian arreglado y solo mandaba aire frio el baño totalmente empapado piso todo mojado con riesgo de resbalarse. muy pobre el desayuno. no había mesas ni implementos para desayunar para todos. no recomendable"

"A great place! Highly recommended. The price was great, a very clean room with a comfortable bed, a modern bathroom with plenty of hot water, entrance security with someone almost always at the front desk. It had everything that I needed. I will most definately be going back. A hidden gem of a place!"

"Estadia muy confortable! Cuarto amplio y funcional con cama grande muy cómoda y mini kitchinet! Todo muy limpio! Staff de recepción super amable desde el check in, desayuno completo y restaurante ubicado en el hotel con exquisitos propuestas de menú del día a precios razonables y excelente atención en un lugar muy ameno, ideal para no salir en noches muy frías, un PLUS! Infraestructura del SPA (sauna y jacuzzi) pequeña pero bien mantenidas! Distancia del centro histórico bastante importante, pero ideal para hacer buena caminata de día disfrutando de la preciosa rambla de Colonia del Sacramento! Recomiendo este hotel!!!"
