"Terrible guest service. No one answers phone at front desk, housekeeping is very difficult to get through. Bathroom supplies are very limited, towels rarely enough. Rooms and bathrooms broom clean. Every day about the same food in restaurants, no branded alcohol, everything is generic hotel brand. Quiet resort but not very classy. 3 stars the most."

"The room is clean, spacious, and equipped with a table for luggage, a desk, and ample lighting. It offers a pleasant view of the city. The staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet includes a variety of hot foods, fruits, and bread choices. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of dining options, and Uber is an affordable transportation service, ie. to Old Town is $5 USD and to Panama Canal/Miraflores lock is USD $7."
