"The location was just as promised. The view on the deck is beautiful and the apartment was clean and well stocked with anything you might need. The location is also walking distance to various shops, pizza, restaurants and bars. The river walk across the street is also great if you want to take a stroll. Carol was also great to work with. We’ll be back."

"The location of this property is wonderful - far enough away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to get to any neighboring towns and main thoroughfares easily. I felt comfortable in the space and looked forward to returning at the end of each day. The property itself is beautiful and well cared for. The staff who oversees the property was welcoming, friendly and attentive and responded immediately to any questions or needs. I would definitely stay here again."

"This place is Fantastic, and Flora is Such a Great host!! Perfect location in Avon, super spacious, and clean, and has everything you need! Walking distance to restaurants and shops. This will now be our Go-to rental, each time we're back in CT to visit family. It is such a Cozy unit! The only suggestion I would caution, is that the stairs to enter/exit unit, are steep and a tight squeeze for anyone with mobility constraints."

"Very nice house. Right across the street from the beach. Very easy access. Boat ramp is very close by. Plenty of space in the driveway for our pickup truck and boat trailer. Great place to stay if you are looking to spend some time on the lake."

"We were happy to have a clean and comfortable place to stay while in Torrington visiting family. The hotels in town are nasty so this was a great alternative. There is a park across the street and an Office warehouse on the street behind, so it’s quiet at night which was a plus. Inside is definitely as advertised, cozy but not cramped, the furniture and decor is well appointed. We will definitely stay again."

The property offers great privacy in a remote wooded setting in the heart of the always beautiful Berkshires.
