I had a nice stay at One Lakeside. The room was very nice and the staff were friendly. Felt more like a nice new furnished apartment. The underground parking was convenient and secure. The area was so nice for walking around the lake and to the restaurants in the area. I never made it to the roof top. One thing I will note is it's not right on the lake, it is very and easily walked though.

We were only staying for one night, so the amazing full kitchen was a bit more than we needed, but I picked this place because for my wife's comfort level... let me explain :) My wife is able to stay just about anywhere, and she's generally a good sport even when places don't live up to her expectations, but some places will allow her to relax like shes at home, and some will raise her anxiety to a level that really limit her ability to have a good time. This place was perfect! Everything was very clean, the space was staged very open, and inviting, there was little to no clutter, and the color scheme was very neutral. This place is perfect for those out there that need a clean comfortable place to stay in order to fully enjoy their vacation.

Rooms are incredible and the fully stocked kitchen (cups, bowls, pans, blender, etc.) is a huge perk. Loved the big open windows. The rooftop hot tub was also great and had an amazing view!

This is our second stay at One Lakeside. We like it because it has a kitchen. That being said, if you plan to cook, there are no towels or washcloths provided in the kitchen so bring your own. Overall this place is excellent.

The property is very conveniently located and walkable to the lake and downtown shops. The staff was wonderful. When we arrived, a front desk member directed my husband into the garage and showed him a place to park. Our living room television didn’t work well and was glitchy the whole 5 day visit which was a bummer. Reported it but with it being a holiday weekend, there wasn’t anyone to fix it so couldn’t have family movie nights. Great view from balcony for parade.

Great property - clean, quiet and comfortable.
Very nice property. The unit was very clean, quiet, comfortable and well-equipped. The location is great and easily walkable to downtown and close to restaurants. Underground parking is convenient although small. We were luck to find a space in the garage. Overall, a great stay. My only critique would be the additional fees on top of the nightly rate. "Resort Fee" to cover parking and wifi, additional fee to use the gym or spa, etc. The room rate really should just cover that. Otherwise, the stay was great and the property is quite nice. Another observation - the communication, while good, almost seemed excessive. We received no less than 10 emails prior to and during our stay - instructions on how to find the property, how to check in, where to park, offers to upgrade the room, asking if everything was okay, on and on. I appreciate the attention to detail but it was almost too much. The woman at check-in was fantastic and very friendly. Overall, we're very happy with our stay here and highly recommend it over the equally pricy and more pretentious resort across the street.
