"A lovely house full of character and really well finished throughout,clean and very comfotable,bed and shower were good and plenty of room. Only frustration was that as we came from UK the access information text was never received on UK phone and not available through Hotels.com ,if that was set up it would have saved having to arrive early just to talk to someone. Be aware this is similar to airbnb properties as no one available for check in. Having said that breakfast was excellent with...

"Clean and large room "

"How close shopping and restaurants were. I didn’t like when I checked in they couldn’t find our reservation come to find out one of the other employees gave our room to someone else. But luckily there was another! And staff was super nice! "

"Room was good bed pillows were a bit flat but you had 5 to make up for it cleanliness of room should be a 9. Our small dog found 2 small bottle caps. Looked like ones for shampoo. Breakfast was ok nothing great no donuts. Dog area was nice and clean area around hotel was safe for walking dog. City sidewalks were clean! "
