The location was very nice. The rooms were comfortable and clean with a nice view of the river. The staff wasn't exactly friendly but they met our needs. Certainly adequate. Our stay was short so there isn't much to this review.

One night stay. The hotel was great. Lots of places to to eat and shop. The hotel restaurant was nice. It had terresse dining that overlooked the river, although it was a little cool to rake advantage. Overall a great stay.

Rooms are very small and very basic furniture and fittings. Restaurant is lovely when you can sit on the balcony overlooking the river. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is very clean. The hotel as you can see from the picture is very pretty and ideal for walking around the town or along the river.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon u. Flussblick. Ausblick war grandios. Einrichtung des Zimmers etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmerreinigung nur alle 2 Tage, bei dem hohen Preisniveau finde ich das nicht in Ordung. Insgesamt allerdings war der Aufenthalt schön.

Quarto espaçoso, muito bem localizado. Atendentes muito simpáticos. Como fomos no inverno, estacionamos em frente ao hotel (pagamento a cada 2h), sem maiores problemas. Café da manhã bom.

Prima hotel, veel hondengeur
Ligging hotel en service waren goed. Kamer stonk enorm naar hond. Gelukkig konden we het raam volledig open doen en viel het avonds wel mee.

Leuk hotel, toplocatie maar prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is mager. € 275 per nacht inclusief ontbijt is te duur voor een kamer zonder airco en een oude badkamer. Restaurant is prima maar ook gewoon duur. Mayonaise € 1,50 per kleine portie. Thee € 5,65 per glas. Personeel is heel goed en vriendelijk.

Alt super, også denne gang. Meget venligt personale. Fin morgenbuffet. Skønne altaner med smuk udsigt over Mosel floden. Central beliggenhed. Ikke topmoderne værelser, men meget funktionelle.

Decepcionante! A cidade é lindissima. Porem o hotel deixou a desejar! O publicado não expressa a realidade ! Quarto grande, porem roupa de cama ruim, sem lençol ( uma capa de colchão e sujo) travesseiros pessimos) ! Box do banheiro mal cabe uma pessoa se for uma pessoa obesa não conseguirá entrar no box. Limpeza péssima! Precisamos pedir que o fizessem! A recepção na chegada foi bem ruim, esperava ser tratada com mais atenção por ser um turista estrangeiro. Parte boa: localização e café da manhã! No geral pelo preço eu buscaria outro já que as opções na cidade são infinitas

Helaas geen airco op de kamers. Bij 30 graden plus buiten, niet heel prettig. Raam kon open, maar erg rumoerig buiten, dus eigenlijk ook geen optie. 2e nacht een ventilator gekregen, maar niet echt afdoende. Niet van deze tijd. Tevens hadden wij een kamer waar we continue gebrom van apparatuur hoorde. Verder prima kamer, maar bovenstaande overheerste helaas.

Sämtliche Mitarbeiter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Sauna war sehr schön. Sollten wir noch einmal nach COCHEM fahren werden wir im Hotel Müller erneut buchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :-)

Wer die Funktionsfähigkeit von Schallschutzfenstern testen will, ist hier genau richtig...das Hotel liegt an der Hauptdurchfahrtstrasse von Cochem und direkt an der Altstadt; also richtig laut. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts. Jedoch das der Parkplatz quer durch die Altstadt durchs Fußgängergetümmel den Berg hoch führt und dann 8,-€ kostet ist mindestens gewöhnungsbedürftig. Zudem ist das DZ/ÜF mit über 160,-€ nicht günstig. Besonders wenn man die durchgängig renovierungsbedürftige Ausstattung bedenkt. Vieles scheint schon lange nicht mehr erneuert worden zu sein. Das Bad und besonders die Dusche ist superklein. Getränke sind ebenfalls überteuert: 1 Rotwein &1Bier für 13,80€, also 15,-€ mit Trinkgeld. Lediglich die Loggia und die Aussicht ist toll und das Frühstück ebenfalls gut. Der Service ist ebenfalls positiv. In Summe aber ein negatives Erlebnis, dass eben auch einem Vielreisenden mal passieren kann

Hotellets parkering låg alltför långt från hotellet. Omöjligt för oss att bo där eftersom vår hund brukar stanna i bilen vid tex frukost
