"Overall, the experience was spotty. On arrival, the staff member described all the amenities while looking at them, hardly understood a word, just not the best approach. Had trouble with the television which was difficult to get to function properly, shorted us on in-room coffee, the room had a huge deep tub, but no grab bars to get an and out of and because the tub was so big, the shower was tiny (I mean tiny!) with a loose control handle. They were short of complimentary coffee in the morning, but one of the staff graciously offered a complimentary coffee americano from the expresso machine. Wanted to buy a Danish from the cafe but discovered they don't take cash. As I say, spotty."
