The hotel is very convenient to University Circle and Cleveland Clinic, and the common areas are well-maintained. Our room was another story, however. A prior occupant had left a bag of garbage under the kitchen sink, which hadn’t been removed even though it was giving the entire room an obvious odor. The bathroom sink faucet was almost entirely detached from the countertop, making it only borderline functional.

The property was very clean, stylish, and well maintained. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was fantastic if you're going to Cleveland Clinic, with it being a 1 minute drive or a 5 or 6 minute walk
