Morning staff in charge of breakfast was rude, exit door on our wing was broke, bed was dirty, crumbs were all over the carpet, I stayed here due proximity to the hospital to recover from surgery, that clearly was a mistake. Large gap under the room door allows you to hear everything as well as providing a nice light to annoy you at 3am. The only useful person was the guy who checked us in on Sunday evening. The beds are very low to the floor and are not comfortable.

I bought a suite for the evening, the listing said the living area was separate from the sleeping area. Not exactly separate, but the other side of the room. Not what I planned for.

Sorry, for the inconvenience but our property does not have one-bedroom suites. On our site it does states that we have suites available because we have larger room suites. Plus, we do advertise efficiency suites and they are not one-bedroom suites.

Unhappy with rooms we received when we checked in. Original reservation was for (2) rooms, each with Queen bed. When we arrived we were given (2) handicapped rooms with Queen beds.

Upon check-in the room we given the toilet had been used and wasn't flushed and wouldn't flush. I asked for another room and the tub was very slow to drain. No one likes to stand in stagnate water in the shower. It felt disgusting.

The guy at the front was not friendly at all my card declined due to some fake issues for security purposes. He seemed as if he had an attitude that I was standing there, trying to figure it out. Language eye rolling. It was 2am I was tired as well it gave very much let me get back to sit down

Very close to hospital. Mayfield Road area very busy, but not bad to navigate once you get used to the traffic. Plenty of businesses in area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Only complaints be low toilet and water pressure. And no grab bars in bathroom.

I dont have amy dislikes about the property. The staff in the morning were just as great as the staff in the nigh. Treated me honor. Any questions I had they answered or looked onto it then followed up with me. The Comfort Inn in Mayfield Heights will be my go-to anytime O visit northeast Ohio eastern suburbs, God willing.

Hot water maintenance at the property caused long delays in getting hot water for showering. Otherwise, convenient for the Mayfield/SOM neighborhoods. Chef Ed was very friendly and dedicated to his work!

There was a huge gap better the door and the floor to the point where you could see clearly under the door into the room, had to use towels to block under the door.

Should’ve stayed someplace else
Check in was smooth. No issues there. Room was cleaned somewhat. The tile floor wasn’t swept and we found previous guest’s papers in the room by the chair in the room. So we know it wasn’t fully clean. Then the curtains don’t close all the way around the window so all the parking lot security light shines through. Breakfast was bad. The scrambled eggs were really runny. It cooked all the way. Also their hard boiled eggs went bad. I would not stay here again. Just not a pleasant experience.
