The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. The couldn’t have been nicer or friendlier. The breakfast was great and the rooms were comfortable and clean. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

In general the staff and property were of good quality. There were several major issues the staff couldn’t/wouldn’t fix. The pool was closed for 2 out of 3 days of our stay. That was one of the main reasons for selecting this property. Second there was an extremely annoying beeping coming from somewhere that the staff could not silence. This lead to sleepless nights and an over all miserable stay.

The property has good signage from the road. The outside of the hotel is a well manicured property and the building looks clean from the outside. Upon entering the lobby it is clean smelling and well lit. The gym is clean and well-lit. The pool area is clean and well lit.

Horrible experience all around. The whole place stank of marijuana. We stayed there due to the amenities, it was supposed to be a shower/tub combo, there was no tub. The breakfast was never ever stocked at all, out of all the sandwiches, out of waffle batter, out of milk and coffee. This was an issue all 3 nights that we stayed. The bathroom door didn’t lock at all, it didn’t even latch which led to my one year olds arm getting smashed in the door. Trim was peeling of the walls and floor. Overall would not recommend this facility at all. I’d rather stay at a motel 6.

Close to restaurants everything was 3- 15 minutes away from the hotel. I would definitely go back again. Staff member everyone I came in contact with was nice and always greeted me.

Thanks for the early check in however I was very disappointed to find blood stains on the bed. I feel rooms should be checked before letting guest check in. Very disappointed.

In many ways, this is a terrific hotel. The staff is great. The rooms are nice. Conveniently located to many professional offices and dining spots on Cleveland's East Side. Nice pool and facilities. Even a little snack shop attached to the front desk. Easy walking access to one of Cleveland's best steak houses. For most travelers, it's an excellent choice. But I'm old (70 ) and have a few mobility issues, so I booked a mobilty/accessible room. And a lot of it was well designed. The room was spacious and would easily accommodate a wheelchair or rocker. There are even two peepholes at the front door, one at a lower-level for easier wheelchair access. However, for reasons best known to the hotel management, the bathroom in the mobility rooms has a step-over bathtub. I'm not sure how they envision that a wheelchair or walker-using guest would make it in. The floor of the tub is also unusually slippery. I always gripped the safety bars with at least one hand while showering, which made the showering process difficult. I asked the front desk for a bath mat, but they said they didn't have one. So this is fine hotel for regular travelers. But for those with any mobility issues - or even just a few balance problems - this hotel may not be the best choice.

This was my first time here. I booked it for the ability to cook in my room. I got a countertop range from the front desk but I kept getting an error code that my cookware wasn’t compatible with it and I tried different ones they had there but same error code now I’m frustrated. So my last trip down ANGEL was at the front desk and went above and beyond to find me one I could use my own cookware with and Angel understood the assignment and got just what I needed. Angel was never impatient with me and always kept a smile on her face wish I could give her 10 Stars alone. So in return I made Angel a plate to show my gratitude.

Great value! The room (which was like a studio apt), breakfast, pool and gym were better than I expected for the cost. Plenty of good nearby options for dining and shopping within minutes and the drive into Cleveland was an easy 20 minutes. Would definitely stay here again if and when I return to the Cleveland area in the future.

We were on the first floor and right by the front desk area but the room was quiet. We never heard anyone upstairs or in the hallway and it was a busy weekend. Felt safe and the employees were all very nice and helpful.

First time to stay at a Home2 the room was clean with ample space. Great place if your stay is somewhat extended because of the microwave and normal sized fridge.

Nice place
Nice clean hotel with friendly staff! Chris at desk late night was very kind. Bed was a bit on hard side for my taste but can’t please everyone where that is concerned.
