Waited in line for almost TWO HOURS to check in.Finally got in our room at midnight. Was told the delay was caused by lack of cleaning staff & they were passing out rooms as they were cleaned. No sheets on bed in room. Carpet dirty. Floors in lobby and carpet in hallways were filthy. Couldn’t get towels. Staff was overworked and didn’t try to hide their annoyance or disgust. Pool was cloudy and cold. My 9 year old found rusty screws at the bottom of the pool and told us the underwater light housing was loose. No towels in pool area. Pool area floor was slimy in places. I hope we will get some sort of refund. We (nor the other guests who were waiting) didn’t get any verbal apology. So so bad.

The wait time to check in when there were 5 staff members upfront was absolutely uncalled for. Over a 90 minute wait to check in, and then was told it was taking long because rooms weren’t clean. If my check in time is at 3 pm and it’s 11 pm at night why isn’t my room cleaned? Took my business elsewhere that had no wait time and was checked in within 5 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and patient, given that my husband and i were checking in at the same time as about 15 other groups who were checking in for an eight-ball tournament. They handled everyone's reservations, questions and concerns very efficiently and calmly. Definitely recommend this hotel.

It seems like this property is being renovated. Parts very nice, others not the best. The bank of elevators near the front was not working. Apparently they were having issues with it before. It had not been fixed and there were no signs anywhere that it wasn’t working. Staff said, they knew about it. Sorry!?

I had an extremely disappointing experience during my recent stay at your hotel. Early mng,the front desk staff called my room in a rude manner, demanding my name, spelling it out, and then accusing me of not paying for the room, despite having already settled the payment and provided my card for incidentals. The staff member was dismissive and unwilling to listen to any explanation, making me feel unwelcome and disrespected. This encounter tarnished my impression of the hotel and left me with a negative overall experience. This is just not fair first you insult a guest and then another staff offers a comp for stay and free breakfast. I don’t need that and I didn’t take it as well. Simply wanted that particular lady who was rude to be courteous enough to come upfront and say sorry instead of hiding behind.

The bathroom faucet was very hard to figure out because it just kept turning 360 n 360. U had to push on it and just figure out where to put it for the right temp. The WiFi sucked. We brought our firestick and it would play for 3sec. Then lag for a min play for like 5 sec then lag. We ended up just watching the free tv channels on the tv. I could tell the room had not been cleaned very well because there was little things all over the floor and then there was an old pringles can lid on the floor at the base of the bed. I examined the bed and the was clean. The toilet was not stable. When u sat on it, it rocked. We traveled with our dog n when taking him outside to do his business there were cigarettes butt all over around the trash can at the door like a hundred or more. Then the area where we were supposed to take him out at had garbage debris all over. And after getting home realized my husband left his keys there and when we called up there they said they had not been found but when we go back and think bout it he either left them on the front desk counter during check in or the bedroom somewhere. They said they looked but who knows. It was just the happy ending the a ok night there.

Gross, gross, gross. Do NOT stay here. Decided to stay at this place to save a couple bucks and it was NOT WORTH IT. Learned a very important life lesson. LOUD, people partying, lobby smells like weed. Room FILTHY, hair in the bed (don't think they washed the sheets), shower head covered in mildew & grime, armchair in the room had one of the arms almost completely chewed off. Fire alarm went off at 1:30am. Absolute nightmare. Learn from my mistakes and RUN!

I feel the staff have very negative attitudes everything is that is what the boss man says to do! The gentleman who’s was the manager listeened to my complaint and did nothing The food and food service was awful the food area had nats flying around.the food and sitting on the food. Half of what they stated during check in was not even offered No yogurt limited amount bread for toast rggs were cold and runny the hash browns tasted freezer burnt Employee in the dining area would shut the lights off on. Hotel guests while they were still eating because he wanted to go home. When i mentioned it to the front desk the guy that was working stated to me what do you want it is a holiday week staffing is limited. The hotel pool was not heated the pool water was ice cold The hotel elevators one did not work the first time staying at this hotel; it still was not working this year either and the one elevator that was working was a crap shoot if you got to the right floor you would press a floor inside of the elevator and sometimes it would jump to another floor i felt unsafe having to ride the elevator. I know there are a few employees who are trying to improve things at this hotel but i am pretty sure if the health inspector or the city inspector were to visit this hotel this hotel would be shut down I stayed as a returning guest because i loved the hotel the area is close to relatives but i will not be returning next year i will got another hotel and pay the difference!

Was disappointed that on a busy travel week of Thanksgiving that the restaurant was closed for the holiday week. We specifically picked this hotel for the restaurant and bar. We did enjoy the pool with the kids and the room was clean. I would suggest you call ahead of time to see if the restaurant will be open if you’re looking for that. The hotel needs to be updated but we’ve definitely stayed in worse places.
