The hotel was fantastic, but the “onsite electric car charging” is a 20 minute walk away.

Stayed 3 nights and never once did they come and clean the room . Called for housekeeping I was told they were understaffed and to be patient. Saturday asked for my room to be cleaned and was told I was on the list .

The hotel was nice, the staff was very welcoming. Very uncomfortable pillows however.

I believe this is an Expedia issue rather than the hotel itself but it lists an onsite EV charger which it does not have. Chose this site which was out of our way specifically for the amenity.
The staff is extremely friendly, the room is very quiet and clean. That’s all I need. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I like it here.
I will be staying here again. I only wish they had EV charging on-premises.

We spent over $200 for 1 night and there was no complementary breakfast and the room wasn’t even special. We were disappointed. I can rent an entire house for less!
All of the staff was wonderful! Myra was exceptional, and Manager John, was excellent. So impressed by the janitorial services and housekeeping! Front desk staff (Justin and Jennifer) went above and beyond. Made our stay feel like we were part of a warm community.

Staff was friendly. Outside seating was nice firepit was wet from rain so we didnt get to experience it. Room was clean. Excellent shopping and dining only a few minutes from hotel. Bartender was amazing!
Checked in and Shanna was great. Very professional and helpful. Did some work, though internet connection was poor til 11:00pm and went to bed only to find no sheets on the bed. Called front desk multiple times - no answer - finally called hotel phone and was informed that if I wanted sheets to come down to lobby and get them by Bree - stating she was the only one on staff - poor attitude - non apologetic about the sheets. When doing down to get a sheet for the bed they were almost thrown. And I was told to go to bed. And Shanna was there as well. Customer Service is lacking. Expected more from Marriott.
Room didn't even had a bottle of drinkable water, just don't know if they supposed to have at least a bottle of water or not, but i was asked to leave a twenty dollars deposit, don't know why when the room did not had anything to buy.
The room was nice and spacious. Looks like some painting/caulking could be made in the bathroom but overall it was a good stay and the staff was very nice.

Room 302 the molding around shower needs to be redone. The fitted sheet on bed had a large permanent discolor. If you have sheets that are not solid white you should throw them out. Also, they shelves where the towels go in should be put on a different wall. When you open shower door it hits the shelf so you cant open the door all the way. If your rooms are going to look like that please lower your price.
