"The bathtub was slippery; my friend slipped and fell while showering. The front-desk staff said breakfast closes at 10:00 AM, but when we arrived at 9:25, it was already closing. Apparently, it closes at 9:30 AM on weekdays. Luckily, the staff was so nice specially to prepare cheese omelets for us. Overall, the price was pretty good."
"They switched to a TV cable network hard for old people to get their channels. Phone in room did not work unable to call the desk. Had to wait 15 minutes before someone s
howed up at the desk."
"Upon arrival, the grounds were full of broken glass and trash. Uppn check in the front desk attendant got visibily annoyed that i didnt have a "card" for my service dog and she refused to allow me to stay on an upper floor due to my "pets must go on first floor". First room assigned the door was terribly hard to open and couldn't be shut so I requested a different room due to my physical limitations and staying for 3 nights. The breakfast room was extremely small and limited in offerings. The food was poorly monitored from my inspection during my first (and only) breakfast there. I chose to go out for breakfast the next 2 mornings since the offerings were the same. Room was poorly maintained and had many bandaid fixes such as the vent fan in the bathroom. A/C worked great and the lighting was phenomenal compared to most other hotels. Still would only recommend in a crunch."

10/10 Excellent
"Everything was as pictured. Room and facility in general were very clean. Breakfast area was clean as well and can tell waffle maker is cleaned daily. Staff was very helpful and polite. Will use this place any future visit to area"
"Room was comfortable and clean. Shower was good. Loved the pool. Thought staff was friendly and capable. I saw the manager dealing with a gentleman I can only describe as a "Karen" who was complaining that the pool was being cleaned around mandatory check out time in the a.m. He was a jerk but the manager kept cool and stayed polite. Kudos."
