"The only issue we had was the elevator wait, as one wasn't working. Then my Granddaughters took the stairs, as one is autistic and doesn't do elevators, and when reaching the 4th floor door was locked. In my opinion doors for stairs should never be locked, safety hazard. The front desk was very helpful when our situation was explained. Great restaurant, pool area, bar, and room."

"Our AC broke the second day we were there but the staff was very helpful and moved us quickly to a new room that had all the amenities we had previously. No downgrade. Pool was relaxing. Cleanliness could have been better. We did find dust and a few bugs (dead flys and a baby cockroach) but nothing CRAZY that we needed to leave for. Good location and not a bad walking distance from all the “touristy” activities."
