This is a budget motel, and so I didn't expect much to begin with, but the motel owners/management couple were very kind and understanding when I arrived tired and made mistakes in my booking. Definite recommend. Exceptional customer service.

Did not appreciate the fact that I had to check in through a window! The bathtub had stains in it that looked like blood! Property is split up across the road!

A very average hotel.
I want to stay in this hotel, because it showed a recliner in the pictures. When I got there, he said he had just rented out the last room with a recliner. I asked for a rule on the first floor. He said he just rented out the last room on the first floor. The ice machine was broken. I asked if he had another ice machine. He said no., But he did bring me some ice from his apartment.

No bath rags to take a shower . the room was in disarray with everything not in order i,e, table in middle of room , not the best parking lot had was rough and had pot holes in it . I would not take my spouse there

Pleasant Stay
The place is old but kept very clean! Hot water, comfy beds, lots of channels on the TV, and two great dinning establishments next door. Conveniently close to the interstate and just a very short drive from the central part of Clarksville. Really the only thing I would change is the bath towels.. they are a little thin and rough. But that will not prevent me from staying here again!

This place is a dump. The ice machine didn't work, and the property had junk everywhere. They should charge you $30.00 per night. It is not worth the money.

Truthfully there was nothing I liked about this place. There was mold on the walls, spiderwebs, no refills of soaps or coffee and only two towels. The pictures on this website do not show the true picture of what you will get. One of the pictures they show is of a room with a big patio door and small deck, that is not one of these rooms. They are showing you a picture of the hotel across the street. I know the price for this place is cheap but you can at the very least expect a clean room with no mold or stains. And one other thing if you are handicap be aware there is a big step to get into the room and at the window to check in if you get there after they close the office.

I wouldn't tell anyone to stay there.
I had to clean up the place more. My parking was far from my room and i have a disability issue. I asked if there was a room for my issue and she said there all taken. I stayed there 3 days and seen hardly no one there. And she had bad communication problems. She could complete what she was trying to say so it was hard to communicate and if you didnt get what she said she had an attitude problem. Not happy.

Great place to stay!
The room was very clean and actually smoke-free. We ate at both of the restaurants next to the hotel and they were wonderful, too. The price was great.

It was comfortable. The room is dated with walls having wall covering damaged and chunks peeling off. There is no seal around the entrance door, etc. Just general maintenance is needed.

We did not stay at this hotel. Rooms had a very musty smell. I’m ok with old but this was way past it’s time. You could feel the springs on the beds. In the owners defense I think they are trying but the whole interior needs updating. Most especially the beds

I did not like the fact that we had a sudden death in the family and needed to cancel. I was given the run-around to try to cancel. I did not have time to be on phone or the internet . I made 4 different calls trying to cancel. I had to go and did not have access to internet after I tried to do the right thing. So we never made it to the Sunset Inn.
