"Absolutely perfect apartment everything needed for a stay in Valencia.Host Vincente was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble,from meeting us off our late flight in person to booking us a taxi to the airport. He gave us so much great advise on restaurants and things to see and do. We would not hesitate to recommend his apartment."

"This is the best place to stay in Valencia, bar none. We appreciated staying at this charming property. The difference between places run by private individuals versus private equity companies is evident here. "Lovely hotel and great staff. Rooms were tidy with many extra ammenities. Beds are a bit low to the ground but comfortable. Mini bar with lots of complimentary snacks. Staff recommended an excellent restaurant and booked our reservation. Valet parking. Only problem was the first morning there was no hot water :( Staff went to fix the water heater but it did not warm up before we had to leave. Pool a bit weird since it is crammed into a tiny deck space and looks like an oversized aquarium"

"Incredible service. Staff went and retrieved our car from a parking garage and reparked it at the hotel. On our day of departure staff loaded up the car with our bags and had it parked and waiting for us out in front of the hotel at the time we told them we needed to leave. They mailed our passports to us when we realized we had left them behind in our hotel room safe. Their dining recommendations were incredible and the hotel itself is so neat with all the history relics scattered throughout the property."
