Nice stay; great location; right across the street from Union Station and a short walk to the Scottrade Center; room temp easily adjustable; bathroom's on the small side but not a huge issue even with 4 people sharing the same room; nice spread for the evening 'snack' (hot dogs, chili, mac 'n' cheese, baked taters, tortilla chips -- complete with all the fixin's: salsa, ketchup, mustard, cheese, etc.); nice spread for the morning breakfast (do-'em-yerself Belgian waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, cut-up fried taters, pepper gravy, Pillsbury biscuits, yogurt, bananas, apples, assorted cereal, oatmeal, coffee, orange juice, apple juice, etc.) EXCEPT nary a drop o' milk to be found...did I miss it??
The Lehmann House is very old and Marie has done a nice job fixing it up. It is not finished, but she is getting there. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms downstairs were great. Our room was large and nicely furnished.
