Clean, modern and excellent service
Excellent, exceptional service, Anjya and Vanjya and the rest of the staff don’t just work there, they really take good care of you and treat you like family. There’s a convenience store on the corner that stays open until 10pm. The lobby has a coffee bar that also serves a limited amount of alcohol. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ In the heart of medjugorge within walking distance to everything.

Good location. Room is just ok, although there was a smell in our room - we cut our stay short 2 days though we paid 4 days.

The staff made every minute of my stay feeling that I was important to them and as cleanliness and attention to detail they got it so right so I could not thank them enough

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Breakfast very good. Centrally located staff very friendly. Negatives would be, and im being very picky here, no kettle in room and none allowed which i thought strange. We were lucky to have a room with small balcony and a fridge. Not all rooms have these you would need to request this room.

Generally the property is excellent. We had a problem of odor coming from bathroom. The staff attended to it but a bit of odor remained. We mitigated by keeping bathroom fan on and door closed. It was acceptable.

Good simple and basic hotel.
The hotel is clean and the staff were nice. Our room was clean except for lack of toiletries but when I asked for them they immediately replenished.

The staff are so accommodating, friendly and very helpful especially Ana. She was able to get us a guide to the Apparition Hill and to Mustar. Also, our tranfers both ways were easily provided by Ana. During our breakfast, Marco provided a very excellent service to our group. He provided hot coffee and chocolate milk every morning and egg dishes came ready for us. This was a great 3 nights stay at Hotel Luna.

Hotel seemed new, very clean and very well located. 5 mins walk from church. However, only luke warm water for bath. No tea kettle too. Had to ask water everyday. Many a times they are busy, so it wd take some time. I asked for taxi shuttle to Mostar train station. One receptionist said Euro 40, later another said Euro 50. Then she also said no credit card. Later, she not only accepted credit card but charged Euro 37. If they were accepting card and if taxi charge was Euro 37, why try to extract more. Also they quote in Euro, but then they convert to KM at their exchange rate. Why not just stick to one currency quote. If they are accepting Euro and KM then let the guest decide how to pay. Having said the above, overall the hotel is very good.

Dear guest, thank you for choosing our hotel and staying with us. We don't have kettle in the room but we brought you hot water several times per day without payment for room service eventhough it was a very busy period we always give our best so that our guests stay happy. As for the taxi, it's a service outside of the hotel and the difference in payment was for VAT as you paid by credit card, we give that money to the taxi driver and we had to pay VAT for his payment. When you pay by credit card it can only be in our currency KM not in Euros. Thank you once again for your stay and your comment ,we hope to see you soon again. Kindest regards from Medjugorje

Excellent service
I took bus from Sarajevo to Medjugorje and Hotel Luna is quite near the bus station and the Catholic Church. Overall, the service is very good. Service at the reception was great and helpful. Marco, the waiter at the restaurant was impressive. My friend and I really like this hotel.

Okay place
Nice & exellent staff. Just wish the wifi was better in the rooms. Had to go to the lobby for better reception. As far as the room it was good except there was no small hand towel rags to shower with. Also they have air conditioning but it did take quite a while to cool the room down. Yes we had it on the lowest temp possible a new on high. I only stayed one night and slept on top of the covers. I'm use to sleeping in a cooler environment.

Passable but hot
Overall Hotel was OK. I originally chose this hotel as it was the only 4 star hotel in the city. It was warm outside and knowing it had AC made the decision to choose this hotel easier. However as it was mid May the hotel had not switched on the AC for the hotel yet. Was warm in the room during the day but cooled down a bit at night. Had to sleep with the window open at night though. I complained at the front desk but they were of no help. So a bit of false advertising on their part about having AC. Good location but town is small so every hotel is well located. Breakfast was ok.

We regret the inconvenience caused by our AC being switched off in the period you were in the hotel. Mid May wasn't so hot and at night was cooler so we didn't switch on the AC in the hotel at that period, it's not false advertising as we have AC in the hotel and offer it to our guests. Great hotel with excellent staff
Room was great and clean. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was good and plentiful. The location is short walk away from St James Church. Highly recommended.
