"Loved the quieter location with less crowds. Only downfall was they only accept cash, not credit cards. Having to find cash for the amount of the room was inconvenient. "

"Location Appia Nuova they need to add pedestrian to connect Apia Antica by via Pignatelli. Excellent on-site dining— on the terrace try the pasta arrabiata. Pool and tennis I found walkable at the Appia Rome sports Center 10 Euro. Across the street excellent restaurant Laguna Blu seafood. Wonderful desk staff— Blacks show up from US with the usual no random ‘as gov’ theft and terror pretending to be random ‘black families’ on the end of the US. Oprah Winfrey murdered my family in Oct 2008...

"The replacement hotel was excellent but what didn't help, I didn't know you was changing hotels because your emails were going in my junk mail. It was rather embarrassing"

"Mariah was a good host. She welcomed us and guided us with all possible routes and late running transport. Room was clean and spacious. WiFi has a good network. Toilet and shower room was small but this can be compromised for few nights stay. Metro was 3 minutes walk away. Breakfast was only pastries, any hot options would be better. Overall best value for money. "

"Clean & friendly hotel. Property is in a quiet and good location out just out of the city. Close by to busses that take you into the city center in 30 mins. Small restaurants and grocery stores in the neighborhood. "

"The location is very undesirable; it is surrounded by industrial lots and a highway. There are very limited options for food if you do not have a car given the lack of sidewalks. The hotel restaurant was not open. The staff was very helpful, though, and the room was relatively clean and in good order. One good point is it is close to the airport, which was the main reason I picked it. We had an early flight, and the staff arranged a taxi pick-up for us."

"B&b is run by a nice Italian couple, be sure to let them know when you are going to arrive by email and be prepared to use your mobile phone to ring them. We stayed two nights. The rooms are in a flat and are reasonabley sized, unfortunately they are a bit noisy, between the other guests in the flat and the locals, there is lots to spoil your sleep. The mattress was very 'sagged' in the middle also so you don't get the best night sleep. Breakfast is basically a bit of cake, piece of fruit,...
