This place was terrible. No wifi, no breakfast as advertised online, room was dirty. We pulled hair from the drains, the pull out couch was disgusting and smelled like mold. And the kicker of all of it was..they charged us for extra towels after only giving us 2 for a 4 nights stay!! Also, they have clearly charged us twice.I am asking for a full refund.

the ice maker on the 4th floor didn't work. the washer and dryer didn't work on the 4th floor didn't work. their policy is to not clean the room until after 7 straight nights stay. that means the shower and toilet are not clean. the carpet in the gym is torn and soiled. i had to take my dirty towels and linen down if i wanted fresh towels and linen. one of the lamps didn't work bedside.

The bed was very comfortable for a budget hotel, and the staff who greeted us at 1:00 a.m. when we checked in were exceptionally friendly. That, however, is the only praise I can offer. The towels were thin and scratchy; the furniture, floors, and doors in common areas were absolutely filthy; the room was large, but smelled damp; the tub drained slowly; and we were refused a late checkout even though we didn't arrive until after midnight. If all you want is a good bed at a cheap price, this might be your place.

Lots of stains and things were old/outdated. Booked for my daughter’s birthday party only to arrive and the pool was closed- That wasn’t announced on the website. Very friendly staff and I would stay here again once the pool re-opens.
