When we arrived, we were told Hotels.com had not paid for our stay, so we needed to wait around for them to conduct that business that they wanted us to do before we could check in. This was extremely inconvenient as it was Thanksgiving and we had just driven a far way to be in Cincinnati. Once inside, the bathroom smelled of mold, mold was visible in the shower with hairs that had clearly not been washed, the bed was smaller than we booked, and the layout of the room was inconvenient. The staff were cold to us and the breakfast was just fine. Overall, a disappointing experience.
