The building is cool. The old Cincy Enquirer Building. Great restaurants within walking distance or easy Uber ride. Homeless situation isn’t good but you get that with any downtown.

It was a quick stop for us. Within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Large clean rooms, continental breakfast in the morning to get you on your way. Would stay here again for sure.

Hard to find an Ice maker that worked. No safe or fridge in room. For what it cost, these should be included! Front desk was responsive to requests. There was a leak in the ceiling in the hallway.Homeless around hotel. Close to stadium and free city connector. Felt safe in the city.

We were so pleasantly surprised with the size and quality of the room. But the best surprise was the kindness and attentiveness of every single staff member we encountered. Excellent stay!

Non-valet parking was terrible. No instructions pre-arrival on how to park yourself. Garage next-door seemed most likely. "Guest parking" signs there presumably referred to Hampton guests. All elevators broken. Only saved from taking stairs to wrong level by another guest; no signs to Hampton. Front desk didn't seem to care.

Was supposed to be pet friendly but nowhere close to take your dog. Park was not close . Parking garage no elevator worked . So I was very disappointed

We arrived by 6.30pm and it was difficult to find the reception. I had to ask around where the reception was and once I found it on the first floor, no one was there. Called on both side and finally someone came to help me check in. The overall experience was ok. the receptionist the next morning for the check out was nice and the guy on the valet parking was helpful.

Nothing to complain about for the hotel itself besides be prepared to walk when arriving unless you’re doing valet. Parking garage was right around the corner and we never felt unsafe but PG elevator smelled strongly of urine (7th st). Room was very cozy. Breakfast was really good. Staff very nice.

The building of hotel was really cool. The room was WONDERFUL! Jemar with valet was wonderful. Front entrance lady was extremely helpful & friendly. Need to know to use your key in elevator to get to room.

Check in process was a breeze. Beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom had some previous water damage but glad they did not think it was from us. Breakfast was less than par, with kielbasa like sausage instead of breakfast sausage and undercooked tots. Parking in the garage next door was surprisingly cheaper than estimated on the website, but you had to face going down stairs/elevator reaking of urine. This was a fine option for 1 night downtown.

Valet Icicles
Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. No issues with service but we didn’t require any. Valet was prompt and helpful with bags and questions. I did feel awful for them because the room they worked in had no heat. But they didn’t complain.

We had a show at the Hard Rock Casino. The hotel was nice and close and an easy drive. We could have walked it, but it was so cold. Breakfast in the morning was great!!!

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean but hard to control the temperature. Location was fantastic. The breakfast not very good but was overall a good place to stay. I would stay there again.

When we checked in the room we were given was locked from the inside. They said they were sending housekeepeing but never did. I went back to desk 2 times to alert them. Then asked for a did room . The room we received was nice and quiet. Also, when I went to alert the desk the third time there was another couple saying their room was also locked and inhabited!! How does this happen?? After we were set in another room , all was well .

Didn’t like the parking. You have to park in a parking garage that is to far away from entrance of the hotel. It's extremely difficult to manage your luggage, your children and do all that walking just to get to the hotel. If you are by yourself traveling it might be easier. But definitely not convenient. Especially when you have children.

Hotel and room was clean, but room was not ready at check-in and no advanced notice from the hotel that there would be a delay. Many guests were in the hotel lobby waiting for nearly 3 hours to get access to their rooms. Communication from the hotel/management has an opportunity for improvement.

Kudos to Lawrence Carter. Best manager ever! I was charged for the room even though it was pre-paid and he was able to fix it in no time. A most valued employee in spades! And it made our stay great!

The digital key was a little tricky to figure out on the elevator, but thankfully a stranger helped. The hotel was beautiful but only had $42 valet parking that wasn't mentioned in the reservation. I called several times on the way to inquire but no one answered the phone. I googled and found a parking option right beside the hotel for $12. The breakfast was decent but not great. The property is conveniently located to the Taft theater and dining options. We stayed on the 11th floor but there's no view. One other small thing was the lotion dispenser was empty in the bathroom and a light was out over the mirror.

Close to great restaurants, 0.4 miles to Bengals Stadium. Clean, quiet, king room was huge! Room key access for guest floors creates a feeling of safety/ security.

My trip was for the Bengals game so it is very close from the hotel to the Paycor Stadium. Walkable distance to the stadium and easy access to find restaurant around the hotel.

Understaffed and seemed to not expect a 3:00 rush when there was a Sunday night football game. I was charged my full room price when I already paid through Expedia. The front desk attendant seemed to understand but said that was the only way he could get our room and to talk to the manager in the morning.
