Stedet er meget lokalt og med mange Italienere, og hvis man har små børn med, skal man være klar over, at alt såsom underholdning foregår på Italiensk. Ellers er stedet hyggeligt, og personalet er imødekommende og meget hjælpsomme. "We went to Milazzo to take the ferry to the Aeolian Islands for a day trip. Our original day trip was canceled but the hotel manager was able to quickly arrange another one.
